Please take a moment to read an explanation of how
Sparks of War’s Administration functions… OR ELSE.

Sparks of War was conceived and constructed
by four equal Partners.
That partnership extends now into the maintenance and administration of the site.
We
would like you to know that Every Decision is made by a democratic council. Majority vote is policy.
No senior staff
member acts with unilateral authority, and we have procedural checks and balances to ensure that no one administrator will
take advantage of their rank at the disadvantage of the membership.
We have chosen this administrative format to benefit
the members and players of Sparks of War. Our first priority is to provide a fun and free environment for all.
Please
feel free to contact any Administrator, with any concern you have, even about another Administrator. We are here to facilitate
the fun and exciting role playing action this site was created for.
Be assured that any concern that is raised will
be brought to the attention of the full council.
Your comments and suggestions are actively solicited. We desperately
want to know what you think and what we can do to make your role playing experience more enjoyable.
We hope you enjoy
