Airazor	Quote – “She stoops to conquer!” Function – Maximal Aerial Recon Alt Mode – Falcon Airazor was one of the few stasis pods successfully retrieved with its Maximal data intact. (With no small help from Rhinox.) Airazor doesn’t take scrap from anybody. Confident and able, Airazor was a most welcome addition to the Maximal ranks. Her flying skills are unrivaled in the Beast Wars.
Blackarachnia	Quote – “Even when I’m good, I’m still bad.” Function – Maximal Saboteur, Warrior Alt Mode – Giant Black Widow Spider What a complex web we weave. Blackarachnia was reborn as a Predacon under the digital knife of Tarantulas. A treachery savant, she began scheming almost as soon as she came on line. Grasping that Megatron’s ultimate designs would ultimately lead to her own destruction she followed her sparks desire to join Silverbolt’s side with the Maximals, eventually shedding her Predacon shell program and fully rejoining the faction of her origin. She fought with the Maximals all the way through the Age of Megatron.
Cheetor	Quote – “I’m the fastest thing on four legs!” Function – Maximal Scout, Jungle Patrol Alt Mode – Cheetah The youngest member of the Axalon crew, Cheetor would prove one of the most dynamic. Mentored by Optimus Primal he transformed from a green cadet to a capable leader. His speed and skill would become legendary and one day he would assume the mantle of Maximal Commander.
Depth Charge	Quote – “Raw energon! Right through your twisted spark! Take it! Take it straight to the Pit, you sickening piece of slag!” Function – Maximal Aquatic Warfare Specialist, Aquatic Forces Commander Alt Mode – Manta-Ray, Flying Manta-Ray Once a colonial security officer. Depth Charge was changed forever by his colony's destruction at the hands of Protoform X (Rampage). Obsessed with revenge upon “X” Depth Charge rejected the High Council’s decision to exile him via the Axalon, and pursued the exploration vessel even through time.
Dinobot	Quote – “I know what must be done…” Function – Maximal Front Line Combat, Special Operations Alt Mode – Velociraptor Despite being named a traitor by Megatron, Dinobot is the most loyal Predacon of them all. Devoted body and spark to “Predacon Honor” he is a true believer in the Predacon right to rule. He frowns on treachery, and joined the Maximals believing that Megatron’s ambition would lead to destruction for all Predacons.
Rattrap	Quote – “We’re all gonna die.” Function – Maximal Spy, Infiltration Expert, Sharpshooter, Demolitions Alt Mode – Giant Rat Rattrap is an experienced tactical officer, as well as an espionage and demolition expert. He requested the exploration ship Axalon to be with his old friend Rhinox and for a change of pace. The change of pace didn’t go as planned. Serving through the Beast Wars, he found his outlook and function changed on Megatron’s Cybertron. He and Botanica are… involved.
Rhinox	Quote – “That was some cold, hard slag…” Function – Maximal Scientist, Engineer, Defensive Strategist, Data Programmer, Troop Support, Mystic Alt Mode – Rhinoceros Rhinox is, in a word, brilliant. The best friend you cold hope for he is the glue that holds the stranded Maximal crew together. He is arguably the most capable of all but he is happy in his role in the team. His steadfast courage and unshakable nerve set him apart.
Silverbolt	Quote – “Besiege my heart, my love.” Function – Maximal Tracker, Aerial Attack Alt Mode – Half Eagle/Half Wolf Fuzor Never fear Silverbolt is here! With a cheesy remark and an open heart, Silverbolt can’t wait to save the day! Briefly fooled into fighting for the Predacons, no one is more Maximal then Silverbolt. Recognizing, (or deluding himself into believing in) the goodness within Blackarachnia, he pursues her heart to a successful conclusion. Turned into the Vehicon Jetstorm by Megatron, he loses his naiveté, even once rescued by his beloved Blackarachnia. His purple prose is the stuff of legend.
Tigatron	Quote – “Once again, I am one with this planet!” Function – Maximal Reconnaissance, Nature Specialist Alt Mode – Bengali Tiger In some ways more tiger then mech, no one loves the Maximals new home like Tigatron. His memories were lost in his stasis pod's crash, but the goodness and wisdom within his spark remained. He and Airazor have developed a special bond through their mutual love for the Earth.
Tigerhawk	Quote – “I am Tigerhawk, Emissary of the Vok.” Function – Vok Emissary, Maximal Elite Warrior Alt Mode – Giant Half Tiger/Half Falcon An amalgam reformatted and upgraded by the Vok, Tigerhawk is a synthesis of Tigatron and Airazor, who’s sparks are contained within “him”. Immensely powerful some believe the coming of this supreme warrior was foretold in the Convent of Primus.

Maximals – Non-Show

Air Hammer	Function – Maximal Aerial Reconnaissance Alt Mode – Half Hammerhead Shark/Half Hawk Fuzor A being of both incredible speed and unwavering motionlessness, Air Hammer is one of the fastest Maximals in the air and sea. However, he spends much of his time sitting still, not moving, just watching everyone and everything around him. His facial designs allow for very little expression and emotion and Air Hammer likes it that way. He is an actions-speak-louder-than-words kind of person and rarely talks. He is always surveying his surroundings, barely moving, being almost as a statue until he has to act, and then his blinding speed erupts forth. His abilities in combat make him popular with his fellow Maximals. However most of his comrades view him as unfriendly and antisocial. This really isn’t the case, he just doesn’t like to say much unless he has to, and he would much rather watch events than participate in them. His eyesight is uncanny and his sense of smell is astounding. Rarely, if ever, uses firearms as he preferring to fight up-close and personal with his jaw-clamp arm and his razor-sharp blade hand.
Armordillo	Function – Maximal Desert Combat Specialist, Trapper, Mechanic Alt Mode – Armadillo A very effective desert specialist, Armadillo is a walking tank. Most firepower bounces off his thick armor as if they were pebbles hitting a brick wall. He utilizes infrared vision to battle at night when the desert has cooled down. This reduces heat intake and keeps him from experiencing heat exhaustion. Armordillo has incredible patience and is skilled at springing surprise attacks and traps on his foes as they enter the battlefield. He carries a large storage of conventional and technological traps within his armored backpack. His favorite traps include sonic disruptors, standard razor-net boxes, and basic foot-clamp traps. He is also a valued mechanic, capable of repairing most mechanical devices and ships. His greatest weakness is his speed, he moves extremely slowly due to his armor and body design. This makes him a large target to faster Predacons, but thankfully his armor is so great that he can take most of the punishment they dish out at him.
Bantor	Function – Maximal Jungle Warrior, Demolitions Expert, Trapper Alt Mode – Half Mandrill/Half Tiger Fuzor Bantor is a stealthy, methodical, and precise mech that has an uncontrollable rage and frenzy in his spark. Normally he is calm, strategic, and cares greatly for precision, but for unknown reasons he will occasionally without warning spring into a blinded fury of punching, clawing, and biting. Then just as sudden as his rage erupted he’ll settle back into his planning and thoughtful nature. It creeps many of his comrades out as they don’t know how to deal with him since his rage is seemingly random and can be turned on them or their equipment. No one has figured out what triggers his bursts of rage. He is a great melee combatant as well as superb craftsman of snares and traps. He is Optimus Primal’s first choice when it comes to traversing through thick jungle or rigging demolition charges. During one of his sudden furies, he ripped Waspinator and Scourge apart with his bare hands. He hates being called “monkey-cat”.
B’Boom	Function – Maximal Guerilla Warfare Expert, Front Line Combat Alt Mode – Mandrill B’Boom is one of the most effective Maximals within the ranks. He is a tough, serious warrior and makes for an excellent field commander. He is capable of becoming a very high-ranking officer if he wanted to be. However, he is prone to the occasional tantrum and fit of over-energized rage. He is passionate about the Maximal Code and believes in following the rules as much as one could. He is very militaristic and respects all forms of ranking within the Maximals, even if he knows he is a better warrior than some of his higher-ranking comrades. His most lethal ability is to convert into his weapons platform mode which has incredible firepower.
Bonecrusher	Function – Maximal First-Strike Infantry Alt Mode – Bison Calling Bonecrusher stubborn is an understatement. He is a brawler, a fighter, a knockdown-dragged out warrior, and he is darn good at it. Almost as strong as he is stubborn, he can crush most enemies with a single powerful charge. And he loves to charge. Many of his commanders hold him back as a last-ditch effort to break through enemy bunkers, installations, and lines. Once Bonecrusher is let loose on the battlefield, he devastates all those that get in his way. Many Predacons fear him being allowed on the front lines. He isn’t invulnerable, but he’ll smash a massive amount of Predacons before he’s taken down.
Break	Function – Maximal Arctic Operations Specialist, Long Range Assault Alt Mode – Penguin Break is the number one arctic operative the Maximals have. He is fiercely tough and strong in cold climates. He loves fighting, be it physically kicking in Predacon skidplates or trading vicious verbal barbs with his comrades. He looses his temper easily, causing him to become reckless in combat situations. This recklessness can be his undoing if he does not have good support to back him up. He has a big mouth and often says things that hurt his fellow Maximals’ feelings. While this is just his nature, he usually doesn’t mean anything by the slag he spouts at them. Break is very clean and tidy. He feels everything has its place and should remain there. This can some times borderline obsessive compulsive disorder.
Claw Jaw	Function – Maximal Underwater Assault Alt Mode – Squid Claw Jaw is very much like Tigatron, originally his animal instincts overtook his Maximal programming. Over time this changed, but his actions, attacks, and movements all reflect this. He even keeps a hidden liar deep undersea in the coldest portion of the Pacific Ocean. While he isn’t all that intelligent, strong, or durable, he makes up for it with great flexibility, tenacity, courage, and underwater speed. Claw Jaw is extremely protective of the oceans and beaches. He will do whatever necessary to protect them, even battling foes much stronger and more dangerous than himself. The suckers on his tentacles can suck out energon from fellow Cybertronians if he’s got them in his grip long enough.
Cohrada	Function – Maximal Ground Assault Alt Mode – Cobra Once an outlaw having death sentences in several sectors of civilized space, he is now a trained Maximal soldier. Cohrada has a huge rivalry with Break and personally dislikes the penguin. Cohrada is hotheaded and hates working with others. He can be a loose cannon at times, but knows a good plan when he hears one. He thrives in dry or hot climates. He lacks patience and has been known to run headlong into battle without back up, thus getting himself into more trouble than he should have. While he is naturally agile, talented at improvising on the battlefield, and a sensational martial artist, he is not nearly as invulnerable as he would like the think he is. His whip-arm can gash open armor and the energy-charged shockwaves it produces can stun opponents.
Cybershark	Function – Maximal Aquatic Assault, Tracker Alt Mode – Hammerhead Shark Cybershark is a well-known swashbuckling hero of the seas. He is brave, adventurous, a loner, and skilled at rallying others to a cause. He believes in justice and right. He is a master of undersea combat and swordsmanship. He is also a very effective tracker, with great senses of smell and sight. He was once a bounty hunter and captured many outlaws before being put in stasis and transported within the Axalon. He had been tracking a group of Space Pirates across the cosmos for years prior to his Axalon assignment and eventually hopes to continue tracking those pirates down and bringing them to justice.
Grizzly-1	Function – Maximal Berserker Alt Mode – Grizzly Bear Grizzly-1 is also known as “The Barbearian” because of the self-manufactured chemical that he injects into his systems, increasing his strength, rage, and endurance tenfold. Grizzly-1 is a powerful warrior of near-legendary status. He was a renowned warrior of incredible battle prowess and destructive capabilities on Cybertron before being placed on the Axalon. After his stasis-pod was ejected into orbit, it almost immediately fell to Earth. It crashed in the high north where very little energon deposits were located. The crash damaged the pod’s settings and Grizzly-1 awoke in a furious daze with no beast mode. He removed the pod’s DNA Scanner system and installed it within his own body. He wandered south but was consumed into an icy prison during a massive snowstorm. There he laid for months in a new stasis. He eventually awoke and traveled once again as an angry and brutal mechanoid until he met what would become his new beast form…the grizzly bear. Like, Polar Claw, who uses the same structural design, Grizzly-1 has a bat-drone that he uses to scout areas ahead of him. However, unlike Polar Claw, Grizzly’s bat-drone has a much higher degree of Artificial Intelligence and a name: Nightshriek. Nightshriek has excellent sonar and radar systems as well as a sonic attack that can temporarily disable the audio receptors in his targets.
Jawbreaker	Function – Maximal Close-Combat Specialist, Front Line Combat Alt Mode – Techno-Organic Hyena Jawbreaker is without a doubt the most vicious Maximal on Earth. He has a violent, twisted sense of humor that doesn’t just borderline psychotic...it is psychotic! To Jawbreaker, watching someone accidentally cut off their own hand is hilarious, especially if it is bloody and gruesome. He loves watching his foes’ fluids spray out and splash against his techno-organic skin. He prefers to be outnumbered rather than have a fair and even battle. Jawbreaker loves both the pain he inflicts on his victims as well as receiving pain from their attacks. He relishes in the torturous deaths he has caused and proudly brags about how he gutted five strong life forms just because they got in his way. He is only a Maximal because he dislikes many of the current Predacons and finds wanting to conquer the weak to be pointless. He can generate a magnetic field that literally pulls his enemies to him. Jawbreaker then tries to cut them in half while they are helplessly dragged to his weapons. His magnetic field is very energy-consuming and only lasts for a few seconds at any given time.
K-9	Function – Maximal Security Officer Alt Mode – German Shepard K-9 is the best Maximal security agent currently functioning. He’s tenacious, courageous, agile, and smart. K-9 has the most advanced olfactory sensors of any Maximal on Earth. His agility and lightning-reflexes are top-notch and give him great advantage over most of his enemies. Optimus Primal uses him to maintain the Axalon’s basic security while most of his comrades are out on patrol or on a mission. Despite spending much of his time alone, he isn’t a loner-type. He enjoys being around others even if he doesn’t talk a lot. Before being placed in stasis on the Axalon, he was called “9K” and was part of the elite Maximal Command Security Force on Cybertron.
Longrack	Function – Maximal Deputy Commander, Technical Engineer Alt Mode – Giraffe Incredibly intelligent, Longrack is a librarian turned powerful warrior. He believes in following the rules to the letter, always being on time, and keeping the Maximal Code upheld. A good portion of his comrades find him annoying and too strict. Many consider him to be a “teacher’s pet” and to some degree this is true. He is often used as a right-hand for many field commanders, but with good reason. He is extremely skilled and talented in tactics and strategy as well as being suited for martial combat. His right arm is a powerful crushing claw-arm that can take down even some of the most deadly Predacons. Within his left arm is a dense switchblade knife that he uses with good skill. Longrack is also very good at designing and building new devices and equipment if he’s given enough time and materials.
Mach Kick	Function – Maximal Courier, Close-Quarters Combatant Alt Mode – Stallion Mach Kick was once the second-in-command of an elite platoon of blue-blooded Maximals. This platoon was destroyed in a massive battle, leaving Mach Kick the platoon’s only survivor. He is a military genius and skilled warrior. However his personality does not show it. He is a party animal and total free spirit at heart. He prefers humor on the more juvenile side of things. He is at constant odds with Longrack. Longrack is too by-the-book for Mach Kick, while Mack Kick is too rowdy and unruly for Longrack. Yet, Mach Kick is one of the wisest of the Maximals on Earth and possesses great courage and a sharp mind. He has amazing land speed in beast mode. His beast mode’s tail converts into his tomahawk and whip combo weapon for his robot form.

Night Glider	Function – Maximal Intelligence Gathering Alt Mode – Techno-Organic Flying Squirrel Night Glider thrives in darkness. He is a creature of the night, and it’s not surprising that he gets along well with Wolfang. Also, just like Wolfang, Night Glider is a loner at heart and prefers to work solo missions. Night Glider is completely silent while flying. He utilizes an electromagnetic cloaking device that allows him to blend into low-light and shadows with great success. He is also equipped with an electro-disruptor that allows his body to project illusions around him, such as displacing his correct location for another or slightly altering his appearance. Almost unmatched at swordsmanship, he is a fencing master, as well as skilled at using most types of swords. Extremely loyal to the Maximal Code and will defend what the Maximals stand for to the death.
Noctorro	Function – Maximal Aerial Warrior Alt Mode – Half Bull/Half Bat Fuzor As strong as a bull and as quick as a bat, Noctorro is a great aerial fighter for the Maximal Cause. He is not a Maximal to be toyed with, as he is a powerful combatant with a quick-temper and fierce fighting style. He is often used to provide security for new Maximal outposts or monitoring equipment while they are being established in the field. He has a built-in radar jamming system within his body that keeps him cloaked to several detection devices. Has a sonar tracking system that he uses to locate Predacons in the field. Refuses to use any weapons other than his fists, claws, horns, and wings. He doesn’t always think through before he acts which can get him in trouble. At times he can be arrogant about his strength and combat abilities.
Onyx	Function – Maximal Assassin, Spy Alt Mode – Fruit Bat He is vengeance! He is the night! He is the bat-man…er…bot! Once a feared Predacon assassin of the Tripredacus Council, Onyx is now a Maximal spy and stealth warrior. He had a major falling out with the Tripredacus Council which resulted in him leaving the Predacon faction completely. The details are not known by anyone other than Onyx and the Councilmen. He hates the Maximals, but has no choice to join them and fight under their banner. He uses the Maximals as a means of protection, shielding him from the onslaught of the Predacons he once fought alongside. The Maximals in turn hate him, but respect his abilities and talents. He is a master swordsman and wields twin scimitars. A glory hound, he takes credit for accomplishments he barely had a hand in completing. Onyx is melodramatic and can some times speak in prose-like speeches, such as: “You will know my name is Onyx when I lay my vengeance upon thee!”
Optimus Minor	Function – Maximal Ground Commando Alt Mode – Techno-Organic Monkey Upbeat, friendly, and full of good-natured jokes, Optimus Minor is one of the most well-liked Maximals on board the Axalon. He cracks jokes even when he’s caught in the worst situations imaginable. He always volunteers for low-survival missions and never thinks twice about risking his life for his friends. Prone to putting himself in way too much danger. Shortly after awakening from his stasis-pod, he dubbed himself “Optimus Minor” for unknown reasons. However it is speculated that he did so as a show of respect for Optimus Primal. Minor never confirmed or denied this. He is now a “Transmetal 2”, a mixture of natural organics and Cybertronian technology. Minor enjoys being a techno-organic and loves his super-fast reflexes and agility. His beast mode’s tail converts into a highly-durable bladed whip.
Packrat	Function – Maximal Thief, Infiltration Expert, Spy, Sharpshooter Alt Mode – Blue Rat Packrat is the ultimate narcissist and one of the most accomplished thieves on Cybertron. He is unbelievably good at infiltrating facilities and stealing whatever he desires, be it data, fuel, or new technology. He gloats and brags to no end about anything he’s done. He loves rubbing his successes into the faces of his fellow Maximals. If it weren’t for his uncanny abilities and amazing skills he’d be completely unwelcome within the Maximals. Packrat’s greatest weaknesses are his overdeveloped senses of self-gratification and self-interests, and they may very well be his ultimate bane before it’s over with. Many Maximals would rather let Packrat get in over his head and be turned into scrap rather than assist him.
Polar Claw	Function – Maximal Infantry Commander Alt Mode – Polar Bear Skilled tactician, ferocious warrior, and devastatingly powerful, Polar Claw is one of the biggest threats to the Predacons on the battlefield. He’s deactivated more Predacons than most of his comrades combined. He can literally rip foes in half is he needs to do so. He commands with excellent skill, natural talent, and superb improvising while in the heat of combat. All around him respect his abilities, friends and foes alike. Few challenge his leadership capabilities and those that do are usually put in their place easily. Uses his bat-drone to scout his surroundings and locate enemies with its powerful sonar capabilities, which are immediately fed directly into Polar Claw’s processors. His bear mode’s jaws can rip through steel and his claws are razor-sharp. Once crushed Spittor with his bare hands just because he wanted to.
Ramulus	Function – Maximal Scout, Survivalist Alt Mode – Techno-Organic Ibex Ramulus’ stasis-pod crashed to Earth during the “Planet Buster” Termination Sequence that the Alien Controllers initiated. When he awoke he was renewed as a “Transmetal 2”. He is possibly the first “Transmetal 2”, and Megatron might have gotten the idea to make Dinobot2 from viewing Ramulus. This is of course conjecture, but it is plausible since Ramulus was born from his stasis-nap as a “TM2” and spent many months avoiding and fighting both the Maximals and Predacons. He trusted neither faction originally as his memories and Maximal Programming was lost in the crash to Earth. He is now a dedicated Maximal soldier and battles to protect the Earth and the future of Cybertron. Ramulus is rude, tough, cranky, and he has a very large chip on his shoulder about life in general. Despite all this he is an excellent warrior to have on your side as his abilities can turn the tide of battle at times. Strong, durable, quick-footed, and an expert at survival within the harshest conditions and terrain.
Razorbeast	Function – Maximal Infantry, Technical Analyst Alt Mode – Warthog Razorbeast never backs down from a challenge and will take on Predacons twice his size. He packs a lot of power into his smaller frame. He is one of the most reliable soldiers in the Maximal army. Razorbeast is very adept and quick-witted. He also makes a good field commander when forced into the leadership role. Razorbeast respects authority and would do anything for his commanding officers. He is perfect for tough solo missions as his refusal to give up and his self-sufficient personality keep him going and working to accomplish all the goals set in front of him. He is actually well-suited for undercover missions when needed. Uses double-barreled laser blaster in robot mode. His original Cybertronian alternate mode was that of an armored motorcycle.
Sharp Edge	Function – Maximal Aquatic Assault Alt Mode – Sawshark A raging maniac fighter, Sharp Edge is a bit psychotic. Overly violent compared to most Maximals, he attacks with brutal strikes. He is very brave in the face of danger. Sharp Edge believes that war and fighting are the only measures to prove that you are alive and fears that if he can not fight then he wouldn’t be able to say he was alive, and thus die. He secretly wishes the war with the Predacons would not end. Some wonder if Sharp Edge would join the Predacons just to try to prolong the war. Despite his warmongering nature, he is very faithful to the Maximal Code. He is a reliable soldier for most missions, even if he lacks some basic common sense. He follows all orders to the letter and never questions his superiors.
Snarl	Function – Maximal Surprise Attack Specialist, Infiltration Alt Mode – Tasmanian Devil The resident Maximal sneak, Snarl uses a cloaking device installed within his body to turn nearly invisible. While standing still he can not be detected by scanners or optic sensors. However, when he is in motion there is a vague trail of blurriness that others can physically see. He is confident and coolheaded, but a bit impatient. When on a mission, he will often leave the group he’s with to wander off and work on the group’s goals alone. This can be irritating to his fellow Maximals, but Snarl’s results are superb more often than not. He is also one of the youngest Maximals on Earth and can bite off more than he can chew due to his naïve and sometimes arrogant nature.
Sonar	Function – Maximal Aerial Reconnaissance Alt Mode – Techno-Organic Bat Sonar is a fembot unlike any other. She is ruthless and ferocious to her enemies, striking at them with utter savagery. She doesn’t believe in taking prisoners, only killing those that would damage the future of Cybertron. She is a devoted Maximal soldier, but has little respect for the more pacifists of the Maximal ranks. Sonar is a brutal warrior to the core. She also possesses incredibly powerful sensors, making her a superb reconnaissance agent. Sonar’s personal sensor array is so acute and powerful that she can act as the ultimate mobile early-warning system for the Maximals. Her claws are razor-sharp and durable. While she is physically weak and overall frail, her speed, agility, and ruthless aggression make her a terrible foe to face on the battlefield.
Stampy	Function – Maximal Scout Alt Mode – White Rabbit Friendly, well-liked, and eager to help, Stampy is a good-natured Maximal. He is very intelligent and quick on his feet, but is a coward at heart. He hates combat and often cringes at sights of violence. He would rather spend time having fun with his friends than trying to fight a war. He’s even occasionally skipped out on orders if he found them too violent or dangerous for his person. Despite his cowardice, he is an excellent scout and usually completes most of his objectives on a given assignment. Off-duty, Stampy makes a great cheerleader and social companion for his fellow Maximals, giving great praise to his comrades for all they do.
Stinkbomb	Function – Maximal Psychological Warfare Expert Alt Mode – Techno-Organic Skunk If you can get past his horrible odor, Stinkbomb is a great friend to have at your side. He is highly intelligent, cunning, trustworthy, and amiable. He is truly an expert at understanding the mental faculties of others, and has incredible knowledge of the Predacon mind. One of his greatest tactics is to manipulate others by getting under their skin and drive them either into an irrational frenzy or self-doubting stupor. Stinkbomb’s body generates crippling foul chemicals that he sprays from his tail/ponytail. These chemicals can immobilize targets through a variety of effects, including paralysis, blinding, and motor-relay disruption (spasms).
Torca	Function – Maximal Infantry Commander, Brute Force Alt Mode – Half Elephant/Half Orca Whale Fuzor The largest of the Earth Maximals, Torca is a mountain of mechanoid muscle. Torca is wise, tactical, reliable, and commands respects from the other Maximals. His physical strength is amazing: able to lift and toss boulders five times his size, and considering his size that’s extremely impressive. He is a master of close-quarters combat in both modes. Most Predacons find it utterly useless to try to battle him up-close. In beast mode, his hide repels most heat and energy-based weapons and his tusks are nearly unbreakable. He often utilizes his tusks as great striking and tripping weapons while in beast form. His beast mode also make him well-suited for both land and sea operations. In robot mode, Torca uses a specialize rifle that fires a liquid spray. This spray causes feedback and electrical shortages in the circuitry of his targets, thus making them paralyzed for a short time. He prefers to break his foes with his bare hands rather than rely on weaponry. Has a mountainside-shattering right hook.
Wolfang	Function – Maximal Tracker, Night Operations Alt Mode – Wolf Wolfang is a predator of the night. He stalks Predacons swiftly and silently through the moonlight. He has exceptional ability at springing on unsuspecting foes with great speed and ferocity. Usually quiet, preferring to stay in the background rather than speak a lot, some of his fellow Maximals find him intimidating when combined with his incredible hunting prowess. He is often sent on solo night operations that utilize his skills in tracking, his speed, and his silent nature to their full extent. Optimus Primal respects Wolfang greatly and gives him a lot of free reign to come and go around the Maximal base, much like Tigatron. While not as in-tune with his animal side as Tigatron, Wolfang relies heavily on remaining in beast mode as well as respects the nature around him.

The Maximal Imperium and Magnaboss

Ironhide	Function – Maximal Imperium Councilman Alt Mode – Elephant Decades after the Great War between the Autobots and Decepticons ended several dead Autobots were resurrected through tapping into the Allspark through the Matrix and Vector Sigma. Ironhide was one of the first deceased to be reborn into a new Maximal body. He is very much the same as he was during the Great War, however his gusto has been trimmed back somewhat, due to him having died and remained dead for so long. He is much more serious-minded than he once was. He is also wiser and more coolheaded than he was in his past life. His strength and courage however are much greater than during the Great War. Ironhide is an equal part of the Maximal Imperium (a.k.a. the Maximal High Council), making him one of the most respected and honored Cybertronians in history. He is the backbone and muscle of the Maximal Imperium.
Prowl	Function – Maximal Imperium Councilman Alt Mode – Lion Prowl was once a great Autobot with amazing leadership capabilities. He died in an ambush by the Decepticons and joined the Allspark for many hundreds of years. He absorbed all the wisdom his spark could from all the other sparks around him while within the Allspark. He was eventually resurrected along with Ironhide, Silverbolt, and several other Autobots after the Great War was over. Prowl was then elected as part of the Maximal Imperium (the High Council). He is much wiser than he ever was in his past life. He is also much more open and understanding of the emotions of others, making him less cold than he once was. He is the wisdom and knowledge of the Maximal Imperium.
Silverbolt	Function – Maximal Imperium Councilman Alt Mode – Bald Eagle Having survived longer than Prowl and Ironhide, Silverbolt didn’t absorb near the amount of wisdom of the other two while being part of the Allspark, however he did come to gain a higher degree of emotional understanding and patience than either of them. Silverbolt was brought back shortly after Prowl and Ironhide’s resurrection and given a new Maximal body like them. After having been dead, floating in the Allspark stream for so long, Silverbolt is no longer fearful of heights. Most of his past fears are settled and gone. He was elected to being a member of the Maximal Imperium and is greatly respected by almost all Maximal fliers for his amazing skills in aerial warfare. He is the compassion and honor of the Maximal Imperium.
Magnaboss	Quote – “Courage, wisdom, compassion…I am Magnaboss!” Function – Maximal Leader and Protector, Maximal Imperium Council Alt Mode – Separated Imperium Councilmen The combined super-warrior form of the Maximal Imperium, Magnaboss is a pillar of Maximal strength, courage, wisdom, and honor. Physically he combines Prowl’s reflexes, Ironhide’s strength, and Silverbolt’s speed, while mentally he is a mixture of Prowl’s wisdom, Ironhide’s courage, and Silverbolt’s compassion. His only real weaknesses are his over-developed sense of honor and his love of peace, which can be used against him by the right manipulative minds. The Maximal Imperium decided to convert their bodies for the gestalt process after the Tripredacus Council had reconfigured their own bodies to form the powerful Tripredacus. Magnaboss is the antithesis to Tripredacus.

Botanica	Function – Maximal Scientist Alt Mode - Plant Lady to … Other Plant Lady Returning from a similar mission to the one originally given to the Axalon, Botanica’s ship was shot down over Cybertron. Her crew landed on a planet populated by ambulatory plants and as such took on “Plant Modes”. Once reformatted by Optimus Primal, Botanica was a valuable and powerful asset to the team, and developed a relationship with Rattrap.
Nightscream	Quote – “Let’s get ready to make some noise!” Function – Maximal Aerial Combat, Recon Expert Alt Mode - Bat Nightscream was the sole survivor of Megatron’s viral subjugation of Cybertron. Chased towards the core of Cybertron it is unclear how his built in alt mode scanner was able imbue him with the DNA of an ancient bat-like creature. It was this new form that saved him from Megatron. Found by the Maximal rebels and reformatted by Optimus Primal, this young hot head befriended the creature Savage/Noble when it contained the spark of Megatron, and after wards he and the creature maintained a strong bond.
Savage/Nobel	Function – Maximal Beast Alt Mode - Dragon to Wearwolf... No robot mode The meat byproduct of Megatron’s attempts to separate his beast mode from his body. Presumably created from wolf DNA from experiments on Silverbolt’s body, and Megatron’s own dragon beast mode. This fully organic transformer was once unintentionally host to Megatron’s spark. The creature survived Megatron’s extraction and roamed Cybertron, a powerful and nearly uncontrollable monster. He is fiercely protective and loyal to Nightscream.

Geckobot	Function – Maximal Aerial Combat Specialist Alt Mode – Draco Lizard Geckobot’s name comes from jokes said to him by Rattrap when he first joined the new Maximal Resistance on the Megatron-controlled Cybertron. He doesn’t actually transform into a gecko, but rather a flying lizard that glides on thin membranes of skin and cybernetics. Geckobot took the joke-name as his true moniker and never looked back. Geckobot is intelligent, quick, and graceful. In robot mode, Geckobot can fire pulse waves from his hands and upper torso that disrupt the electrical flow of circuitry. In beast mode, his wing membranes can absorb various forms of energy and even sap electrical energy from nearby non-sentient machines while he flies. This gives him incredible stamina while flying. This also makes him the best long-distance flyer the Maximals have got. He is also an artist and sculptor. In his free time he creates statues and garbage-art sculptures out of defeated Vehicons.
Longhorn	Function – Maximal Philosopher, Warrior Alt Mode – Bull Longhorn is the resident vegetarian of the Maximal group. He has a philosophical mind that respects war and even understands the necessities of warfare and combat. He possesses an uncanny brilliance, colossal physical strength, and unyielding stamina. He is both a talented strategist and skilled front line combatant. Liked, respected, and admired by his comrades, Longhorn has earned a concrete position in the Maximal ranks. In beast mode, Longhorn’s horns generate devastatingly powerful lightning bolts and his hooves can produce thunderous stomps that can damage audio receptors. In robot mode his hooves become powerful melee weapons for his hands (almost like brass knuckles). He can be overly-cautious and over think situations at times, which has been known to make him hesitate too long in battle. Can be too serious in situations that do not call for it. Longhorn hates mass media and the “slag that they spout” about the Great War.
Night Viper	Function – Maximal Reconnaissance Specialist, Infiltration Expert Alt Mode – Cobra A master of stealth, even more so than Quickstrike, Night Viper is constantly turning up where he was never meant to be. The sneakiest of the Maximal Resistance, his infiltration skills are beyond impressive to his comrades. Internal detection scramblers allow him to move around stealthily in both modes. His beast mode’s greatest ability is its plasma venom that spews from his snake form’s mouth. The venom burns through most armor and circuitry while shorting out the surrounding circuitry. Built within his beast mode’s tail is a supersonic rocket booster that gives him incredible land speed while in cobra mode, making him a very hard target to hit while in motion. In robot mode, uses retractable energo-scythe in right arm to slice foes down to size as well as burn circuitry. Night Viper’s armor plating is specially designed to deflect energy pulses, but is weak against more primitive weapons such as clubs, arrows, and swords. Heavy impacts can disable him very easily. Very little is known about Night Viper’s past, as he keeps to himself a lot. He keeps himself from getting too emotionally attached to any of his fellow Maximals.
Quickstrike	***BM Quickstrike is not BW Quickstrike.*** Function – Maximal Stealth Scout, Warrior Alt Mode – Wolf Quickstrike creeps his fellow Maximals out with his cryptic language and skulking around in the shadows, even during his free time at the Maximal base. He is street smart and naturally-talented at sneaking. He despises teamwork and loathes being forced to work with anyone other than Blackarachnia. Even then, Blackarachnia hates Quickstrike, and he’s not too fond of her either. It is a very strained like-hate relationship they share. Built into Quickstrike’s legs are specialized pressure-sensitive devices that give him a completely silent footstep. He uses an advanced electromagnetic generator that makes him invisible to most detection equipment. His left arm houses a large retractable plasma blade that can slice and melt most armor. In beast mode, his greatest weapon is his supersonic howl, which can devastate audio receptors and even disable some monitoring equipment. Despite all his stealthy sneaking and silent, enigmatic nature, Quickstrike is a massive lover of music and more often than not adjusts his internal audio systems to play a multitude of songs from all over the cosmos.
Skydive	***BM Skydive is not G1 Skydive.*** Function – Maximal Aerial Reconnaissance, Aerial Combat Specialist Alt Mode – Quetzalcoatlus Stoic, practical, and composed, Skydive is a great asset to the Maximal Resistance. However, despite his personality, Skydive enjoys his flying abilities so much that he swoops down and buzzes his fellow Maximals just to watch their reactions. It is unbelievably amusing to him. One of the best Maximal fliers ever constructed, he is a highly-skilled aerial daredevil. His wings are made of a special alloy, giving them superior protection from piercing and impact damage. His wings are also specially designed to absorb and convert various forms of laser-based weapons fire, thus granting him a nearly endless supply of fuel for his personal reservoirs. Skydive uses razor-sharp blades at the ends of his hands in robot mode for his primary weapons.
Snarl	***BM Snarl is not BW Snarl or G1 Snarl.*** Function – Maximal Strategic Specialist, Reserve Field Commander Alt Mode – Lion Snarl is a tactical genius specializing in ambushes and diversionary tactics. He is highly-intelligent and methodical. He is a master of guiding troops through a battlefield and is well trained in guerilla tactics. Optimus Primal recognizes him as a superior soldier and has placed him in command of the Maximals when Primal could not oversee them himself. Snarl has incredible respect for Optimus Primal and Cheetor, viewing them as the two greatest Maximals in history. He is a competent swordsman and carries a large sword into close-quarters battle. Has an inherent awareness, almost a sixth sense, of his surroundings. This makes it nearly impossible to ambush him. Snarl considers the Vehicons to be beneath his intellectual standards and secretly wishes to battle Megatron himself in a battle of wits.
