Story Post:
Blitzwing walked through the battered
streets of Kaon. Scanning everywhere to make sure that as of now he was the only one there.
Blitzwing was planning
something big. Something that needs secrecy. Something deceptive.
A power grab.
Knowing that he will have to
convince Starscream to help him, he decided to meet him here, and alone to keep it as secret as possible.....assuming of course
that Starscream will keep it to himself. And, if not then I can just blame him for everything.
'But either way-I need
the scheming Seeker. He may be a coward at times, but he is a smooth talker, something that i'm not' Blitzwing thought.
Blitzwing
activated his Transmitter and attempted to contact Starscream.
"Starscream, I have something to discuss with you. Meet
me at Kaon, i'll send you the co-ordinates for my position. Blitzwing out."
Now, all he can do is wait.
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by bumblebee on May 7, 2008, 10:22pm
The dark empty sky engulfed and
surrounded the seeker commander like a black veil, shedding only the dimmest rays of starlight. In his element, he was free
and left without the cares down below him. That is, only until a few moments ago when he recieved a transmission that invited
him for what seemed like a private chat in a remote area. With Bitzwing.
He mulled it over.
"What the frag
does that loud mouth want? I should just ignore him..."
He mulled it over some more.
"And why would he want
to talk to me? I've no dealings with him..."
His speed dropped slowly.
"But then, if he wants to meet in private
it might mean he has something of value to say...something he doesn't want anyone else to hear. Not even Megatron...."
Finding
his mood had taken a sudden change, he kicked his thrusters into full throttle and followed the co-ordinates, letting his
curiosity gnaw at the possiblities.
"This had better be worth my time Blitzwing. I've got places to be, Bots to dismantle..."
he snarled before his feet had even touched the ground. His optics gleamed an impatient glare as he awaited Blitzwing's response,
hiding his eagerness with effort.

"You'll be interested in this Starscream. A chance at revenge, and respect. I have need of your services,
and I will reward you by giving you the opportunity at slagging Megatron. Oh, don't worry I have this place shut off from
communications for a short time. We won't be heard." Blitzwing paused for a little while.
"Now, we will need to call
a meeting of Decepticons, but we can't have every con in a meeting all at once-it'll be too suspicious. So, i'd like to have
the Seekers in our first meeting. The more support we have, the better chance at success we will have. I want to depose of
Megatron, and give the Decepticons a better direction. Have better tactics, and planning. Why waste our time with Earth? There
are several planets we can hit to get our resources, and be stronger to fight and finish the Autobots off, so why get them
pissed when we can go find other sources and then return and wipe them all out. What say you?" Blitzwing asked.
Blitzwing
hoped that Starscream would find this too tempting to resist. And by talking to Screamer first, hopefully he will feel that
I value his input.
Thanks for the great post Bee. You can respond in any way you want to. This thread will
go as the posts go.
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by bumblebee on May 9, 2008, 6:09pm
Several
clicks passed by. His optics squinted into two burning red slits while his metal mind calculated the situation.
"I'm
surprised to hear that from you, Blitzwing." his voice spoke in a carefully neutral tone. "You never struck me as the plotting
type, but I must admit it is a grand scheme. Worthy of effort. Yes."
The seeker walked a few paces to stop and gaze
upwards at the sky. "I dispise everything that he does. Keeping us confined on that mud ball while we could be doing so much
more. The entire universe to take and he wants to build trenches on that blasted planet to take out Prime. And yet they follow
him..."
He turned slowly towards Blitzwing. "You know this will not be easy. Pieces of slag that they are, he still
has followers. We can start with the rest of the seekers as you mentioned. From there we can weed out the non-fanatics." Starscream
smirked deviously as his mind turned some wheels, walking towards the triple changer.
"You will give me the honor
of ending him. And I find it beneficial to everyone's cause to help you in this. The Decepticons will see that by my hand
I brought the end of this fruitless age, and build our might to what it should've always been."
In a flash, Starscream
raised his null ray cannon next to Blitzwing's throat. Menacingly, he leaned close to the Con, threatening a predatory smile.
"But don't get me wrong, I'll be watching your every move. I agree with what you've said so far, and I'll support you, but
if I don't like something...We need not mention the consequences."
Starscream lowered his cannon and stepped away from
Blitzwing. The shadow over his face passed and was replaced with a grin. "With that said, when shall we begin?"
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by jazzbot on May 10, 2008, 1:48am
Bltzwing waited as patienlty as
he could for Starscream's answer. For all he knew he could just report back to Megatron, but somehow that didn't seem like
what he'd do.
"How about you point that somewhere else and we can start as soon as you get your brothers together.
Of course I know this won't be easy. That's the challenge! To prove our worth." Blitzing waited for a few clicks before continuing.
"After
the Seekers, I was thinking we could try for the Insecticons-Shrapnel may go along with us, and if he does, the rest should
follow. Shrapnel may not officially lead them, but he does. I think he's the next target. What do you think?" Blitzwing asked.
Bee,
you are awesome! Great job with Screamer so far.
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by bumblebee

"The insecticons will be only too happy to rebel, I think. But...we'll have to make sure we
keep thier loyalty firmly on our side." his arms crossed against his chassis. "In the meantime, I'll organize a meeting with
the seekers at this location in two mega-cylces."
He quickly sent the co-ordinates of a nearby area to Blitzwing.
"If
that's all then I'm heading out." Starscream gave him one last glance before taking flight. "My worth has already been proven.
But your's...your's we shall see very soon."
---------------
Two megacycles laterThe
Air Commander had sent out his request to the seekers, even the coneheads, and awaited their arrival at the specified location.
He never was good at patience, and it really didn't seem to like him much either but he was willing to tolerate it this time.
He
kicked at a piece of metal laying next to his foot.
"Hurry up, slaggers..."
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post

Blitzwing flew to the coordinates that Starscream gave him, and saw that so far,
only Starscream was there. Blitz transformed and landed next to Starscream.
"So, we play the waiting game. I dleayed
my arrival a few cycles to avoid suspicion at my absence from reporting in. When did you tell your brothers to be here Starscream?"
Blitzwing asked.
Blitzwing chose to ignore Starscream's comment on worth, to avoid fighting with him now. But, Blitz
has a long memory.
I hope the first part of this post isn't too redundant. lol.
Re:

Ramjet and Dirge flew in. Dirge's engines giving
off their oh-so-familair wail. Thrust wasn't among them, he had been in an incident and was still requiring minor repairs.**
Ramjet
and Dirge transformed as they landed.
"What do you want Starscream? We've got better things to do than talk to this
Triple-Changer.", Ramjet spoke up.
Dirge silently looked on.
**Thrust can join in later when
he's back from hiatus, this is just for the moment.
Thundercracker had no idea what this mission was about but he had a sinking feeling that this
wasn't going to be good.
He transformed as he landed, slightly closer to Starscream than the coneheads. He trusted
the coneheads even less than he trusted Starscream and that gave him little confidence in this meeting.
"What's this
about 'Screamer?"
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by hiddenstar on May 11, 2008, 6:40pm
The very
klick his patrol assignment ended, Skywarp headed off towards the coordinates Starscream had sent him. Secret plans, a covert
meeting place, a special mission that he was invited to join - this sounded interesting!
He flipped happily through
a few barrel-rolls before dropping altitude to land at the appropriate location. There was Screamer; looked like TC had joined
him; and - slag, was that the coneheads? ALL of them? This
was interesting.
He landed, transformed quickly,
and clunked over to his flight leader.
"So what's with the family reunion?" he asked, casting a glance at Blitzwing
and his cohorts
just using G1 Skywarp here, Gunslinger, FYI; expect to see some depth added in the future,

"slag, im late, starscream
is gonna have my aft" thrust said to himself as he flew toward the meeting spot
"im gonna need a speed boost" he then activated
his thrusters and took off at top speed, seeing his destination in sight he began to slow until he came to a stop, he transformed
and simply said "hi, am i late?"
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by havoks on May 11, 2008, 6:59pm
Thundercracker
looked over to Skywarp as he landed and shrugged his shoulders. He knew just as much as his wingmate.
Re: Blitzing
The Throne!Post by jonhide on May 11, 2008, 7:37pm
Ramjet looked at Thrust, "Yes you're late! Not that I think
it'll matter."
Dirge crossed his arms over his chest, "Are we awaiting the Spark Reaper or are we having this meeting?
I'd prefer to do other things as I wait for the imminent demise befalling upon us all."
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post
by bumblebee on May 11, 2008, 8:17pm
"Shut it, all of you." Starscream's high pitched voice rang over them, possessing
an edge of annoyance. "We're not here to bicker like sparklings. This meeting will require your full attention, and more."
He
stood in the center of the flyers, and gestured towards Blitzwing. "The Triple-Changer has offered his thoughts to me of what
he thinks of the current leadership of our faction. No doubt, he too has grown tired of seeing the same empty results that
Megatron so boldy calls 'victories'."
The seeker looked around the circle, making optic-contact with each of them.
"It is up to us to turn this page in history and bring forth a new age! Together, we will finally take what should've already
been ours! And it starts with us..."
"Blitzwing, you may begin..." Starscream stepped from the center, allowing him
to take the stage that would sweep their faction.
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by jazzbot on May 11,
2008, 11:54pm
"I'm surprised that you all got here relatively quickly." Blitz paused. "As Starscream mentioned, I too
feel that Megatron has taken us all in the wrong direction, one that will just as easily scrap all of us before it scraps
the Autobots.
We all know that Megatron claims that Earth is the key to victory in our Great War. I, however disagree.
It is a useful planet, and has resources, yes. But those Autobots have staked a claim in it-one that they will die protecting.
Which makes them more dangerous. Megatron's arrogance blinds him to this fact.
There are so many other planets that
have just as many resources at our disposal. And I believe that if we take these planets first-victory will be ours! We won't
have to worry about the Bots-we can crush them!"
Blitzwing paused one final time to allow his words to be processed
by all.
"Now, we cannot think that this will be a easy task. It won't. Megatromn may be arrogant-but he is no fool.
Starscream can attest to that. We will need to distract Megatron, and do his plans as well as ours to make this work. I don't
think any of you will have a problem with being sneaky. The choice to join us, or stay loyal to Megatron is your choice. But
let me ask you this, each of you.
Do you think that Megatron's way is going to get us victory?" Blitzwing asked the
Seekers and Coneheads.
Kay, answer this question as you all see fit. If you disagree, disagree. It'll just
mean that I have to convince you more, with the help of Screamer of course
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post
by jonhide on May 12, 2008, 12:08am
Ramjet spoke up, "That's great and all, but how're you going to keep Megatron from
ripping out our lasercores one by one?"
Dirge glanced around the group, his optics stopped at Skywarp, a known Megatron
loyalist.
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by jazzbot on May 12, 2008, 12:30am
"Is that your fear
talking Ramjet? Or are you as much of a chiptard as that question sounded? You know that Decepticons never reveal all their
plans at once. Stop questioning the Cons brave enough to go through with this, regardless of the consequences. Leave the plotting
to the smarter mechs." Blitzwing responded with an annoyed look on his face.
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post
by jonhide on May 12, 2008, 12:34am
Dirge answered before Ramjet could speak, "Save the insults for when your spark
is culled from your body. You invite loyalists here and then boast of plans and power. Your slow death will be much to the
liking of the Demons."
Ramjet looked at Dirge, then added, "Exactly!"
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post
by jazzbot on May 12, 2008, 12:47am
"Demons? You mean those creatures that escaped and were defeated and have not returned?
Bah, your threats mean nothing Dirge. They do not scare me. And are you speaking for Ramjet now? I suppose I should expect
nothing less from you." Blitzwing said sarcastically.
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by jonhide on May
12, 2008, 12:58am
"Spread all the insults you can muster Blitzwing, because it still doesn't answer the question of
your stupidity when forming this, the
first group meeting. Your death is faster in it's approach.", Dirge responded.
Ramjet
looked at the two of them, then focused on Blitzwing, "Uh...Unless you got a way to really pin down Megatron. I don't see
this being more than a conduit dream."
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by jazzbot on May 12, 2008, 1:06am
"I
seem not to be the only Con dealing isults Dirge." Blitz's eyes glowed a fierce red at that. "However, I see your point. But,
since you have been so pinionated on my brutal death as you call it, what do you have to add to this meeting? You must realize
that I did not call you here just to insult you-as fun as that can be." Blitz stated.
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post
by jonhide on May 12, 2008, 1:12am
"I need something worth talking about first Blitzwing. So either let me decay in
peace or give us actual substance to talk about.", Dirge replied, as he shifted his weight on to his other foot.
Ramjet
crossed his arms over his chest, "That's right. We need details."
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by jazzbot
on May 12, 2008, 1:16am
"Fine. Starscream, if you would please shut these two up." Blitz said loudly.
And then
leaned in and said so only Starscream could hear
"You can make up any wild plan that you think will convince Dirge
to act for us. I don't care what it is, but if he keeps this up there will be one less Conehead" Blitz said in a lowered but
clearly agitated voice..
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by havoks on May 12, 2008, 12:42pm
Thundercracker
frowned as he listend to Blitzwing. He looked to Skywarp and Starscream, unsure of how to respond.
Re: Blitzing
The Throne!Post by hiddenstar on May 12, 2008, 6:40pm
Skywarp folded his arms across his chassis and scowled
at Blitzwing, turning over the triple-changers words in his mind. Somehow, his plan didn't come as much of a surprise - ol'
Blitzy had always had a definite sadistic streak. The only problem was that his proposition sounded a microt too close to
"mutiny" for his liking. Megatron was their
leader. The commander of the greatest army in the known galaxy. He’d
brought them victories in the past, glorious and devastating. He had led the charge in driving the pathetic Autobots to a
remote corner of space. But…along the way, something had changed.
Even Skywarp had realized it. The victories
were fewer, and harder won. Many were fought just to keep the territory they already
had.
Much as he hated to
admit it, Blitzwing had a point.
“I swore to Megatron that I’d follow him to the end,” he said, more
thinking out loud than addressing anybody in particular. “But this war is going nowhere fast. And I, for one, am sick
of the Autoscraps snatching victory from our grasp, melting it down, and shooting it right back in our faces.”
was
that a pretty good start? he's got more to say, I just wanna see how the others react before I go on. I'm really trying to
keep Warp in-character, but flexible... O.o it's HARD being a smart person writing a not-so-smart character! XD
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by hiddenstar on May 12, 2008, 7:53pm
He stared hard at Blitzwing,
and then Starscream.
"I am
not doing this to betray Megatron," he stated firmly. "But if it means we can win
the war faster...I'm in."
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by havoks on May 12, 2008, 7:59pm
Thundercracker
gave Skywarp a bewildered look, shocked by the fact that Skywarp was agreeing to go along with this. He sighed , if both Starscream
and Skywarp were in on this then he didn't have much of a choice.
"I'm in."
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post
by jazzbot on May 12, 2008, 8:09pm
"Finally one of you sees reason! Like I said there is a better way to slag the Bots.
Megatron wants to kill Prime, as i'm sure we all do. However, Prime will hurt more if we pick off his friends one by one.
Wouldn't you agree Starscream?" Blitz asked while also handing the 'reigns' to Screamer.
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post
by bumblebee on May 12, 2008, 8:41pm
Starscream gave TC and Skywarp an approving glance. "That didn't sound entirely
whole-hearted Thundercracker, but I'm glad to see you two are willing to take a different perspecitve." He almost had a ghost
of pride hidden in his voice. He knew that at least those two were the most likely to back him.
But not all of them
were convinced, seeing as the coneheads were living up to their nickname. "Yes," he responded to Blitzwing, taking center
stage again "picking them off in smaller numbers is much more managable." Not to mention Starscream never really enjoyed fighting
a large number of enemies. He was always very consious about his self-preservation.
"If you're looking for a structured
plan, Dirge, Ramjet, that is what this meeting is about. To make such a plan." he leaned against the side of worn-down metal
building, casually crossing his arms and legs. "And so far we've come to conclude that we will spread through the faction,
gathering others who agree with our noble cause and organize a coup d'etat once we have the sufficient numbers. Starting with
us. Then the insecticons will follow." he paused for a click. "Understand?"
Re: Blitzing The
Throne!Post by jazzbot on May 12, 2008, 8:50pm
"It's a start Starscream. The rest of you, all of your input
will matter. Not to sound like an Autobrat here, but, the point of this is to let everyone take a crack at a plan. The more
choices the better, and the more reasons for pain.
Also, with the pick off an Autobot plan, that will make Megatron
happy. Because Prime will believe that it was Megatron's idea, and we can let him believe that it was. And while they are
busy fighting each other-we can decide on how best to end them both." Blitzwing explained.
Re: Blitzing
The Throne!Post by hiddenstar on May 12, 2008, 9:56pm
"Hey - didn't I just say I
wasn't going to betray
Megatron?" Skywarp cut in sharply, glaring at Blitzwing. "This is all for his glory and the pride of the Decepticon army,
isn't it? I didn't want to
overthrow Lord Megatron, I just think...this war needs to go in a different direction, is
all! A new strategy, something to catch those Autobots with their afts wide open..."
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post
by jazzbot on May 12, 2008, 10:00pm
"Which idea are you agreeing with Skywarp? The idea of going in a new direction,
without Megatron? Or the pick the Autobots off one by one? Speak up." Blitzwing snarled back.
Not mad at your
post Warp, but this is Blitz....
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by hiddenstar on May 12, 2008,
10:20pm
"I'm
always ready to bust up some 'bots!" Skywarp shot back, hands curling into fists. "But since Megatron's
battle strategies aren't cutting it, we obviously need some new ones, right? I'm not saying
I know much about tactics
'n strategy 'n all that slag, but I didn't get where I am today by
offing my commanding officer the klick his abilities
start slipping."
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by jazzbot on May 12, 2008, 10:23pm
"No one has
said anything about offing him YET. I would ask Starscream what the plans are in that regard. And yes, you are right about
busting some bots up. You will be on the first mission to slag them then. Does this satisfy your conscience?" Blitz asked.
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by hiddenstar on May 12, 2008, 10:42pm
Skywarp glowered at Blitzwing
for a few more moments.
"Fine," he said finally.
He still got the nagging feeling they were holding something
back, though. He didn't like that. He wasn't the sharpest-shooting rifle in the armory and he knew it, so he would just have
to wait and see what happened.
And in the meantime, any chance to slag some Autobots was a chance he was never going
to turn down.
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by jonhide on May 12, 2008, 10:57pm
Ramjet let them
all blabber for a bit, then finally spoke up in an excited tone, "I'm in for destroying the 'bots! Point me in the right direction
and I'll ram all those Autobots into the Pit! But I ain't taking on Megatron! At least not without a lot of weapons and a
good solid strategy."
Dirge sighed.
Dirge then responded, "How can you trust him?", Dirge pointed to Skywarp,
"He will turn on you like a clot of gunked fuel gripping a fluid pump in it's last moments of struggle!"
Dirge looked
at Ramjet, "You invite too much death Ramjet. Death at the hands of Megatron. Organization is a must and we do not have it
with the likes of Skywarp in this 'meeting of the minds'."
Ramjet stared at Dirge for a moment, then looked at Starscream,
"He's got a point. But, uh, Skywarp knows everything now."
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by jazzbot
on May 12, 2008, 11:05pm
"Dirge, I think you have a fascination with death. It is clouding your internal proccessors
and having you make decisions that you would not make, if you were thinking about anything other than death.
We are
giving you all an opportunity to do something worthy of us. If you are afraid of Megatron, you can go after the Bots, in that
part of the plan. You would not be betraying Megatron, but you would also be helping us, but having no link to us. How does
that sound Dirge?" Blitzwing said before Starscream had a chance at answering.
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post
by jonhide on May 12, 2008, 11:14pm
"Preach what you want Blitzwing, but no matter what assignment...the point is still
to destroy Megatron in the end. And even if I would welcome his eventual demise, Megatron is not a moron. He will put two-n-two
together in time. Then it'll be you who are screaming for mercy as cold gripping end consumes you.", Dirge responded.
Re:

"Hey," Thundercracker stepped forward, a threatening
look on his face, "How do we know you wan't go back to Megatron with all this information?"
Thundercracker scowled
at all of them, "Megatron would slag all of us just for being here."
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by
jazzbot on May 12, 2008, 11:18pm
"And your faceplate will be attached firmly to his skidplates.....If you are so opposed
to this idea Dirge-why are you still here? There has to be a reason for that." Blitzwing said with frustration oozing off
the words.
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by jonhide on May 12, 2008, 11:24pm
Dirge groaned slightly
then retorted, "Turning things on me Thundercracker, when you barely have the ambition to do more than drone in agreement.
You are smarter than that! I'm here because I believe the Decepticons are rusting from the inside out. We are all decaying
matter awaiting the Pit's fires and smelting pools. And we only get closer to this reality every year. I am hoping for real
strategy. I am hoping one of you will pull this group together in less half-hearted manners. That is why I am here."
Re:
Blitzing The Throne!Post by jazzbot on May 12, 2008, 11:30pm
"Alright Dirge. Do you mean a strategy for taking
the Autobots down? Or the strategy for taking Megatron down?" Blitz asked.
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post
by havoks on May 12, 2008, 11:37pm
Thundercracker only turned his head away in disgust. He disliked the coneheads but
Dirge always creeped him out. The less he had to interact with him the better. For the most part he was right, the Decepticons
were failing and something needed to be done about it.
He sneered at Dirge "Right now my loyalty lies with my wing
mates."
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by jonhide on May 12, 2008, 11:41pm
"Ugh. Blitzwing, just
shut the mech-maggot hole you speak with. It's not bringing you any closer to salvation. Just further damnation.", Dirge commented.
He
turned from Blitzwing and faced 'Cracker, he glared towards the other blue Seeker.
"Admirably futile Thundercracker.",
Dirge stated coldly.
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by havoks on May 12, 2008, 11:55pm
Thundercracker
stayed silent but continued to glare at Dirge.
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by jazzbot on May 13, 2008,
12:12am
Blitzwing ignored Dirge and went on anyway.
"You want a plan, but yet you won't let me talk to you
about it, I think that you don't want to know. That way you have deniability. Fine. You can go after the Autobots if that's
what you want-and you can report to Megatron."
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by jonhide on May 13, 2008,
12:14am
"Attack the Autobots...and...somehow kill Megatron. Your strategy is brilliant Blitzwing.", Dirge responded.
"HAH!",
Ramjet added.
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by jazzbot on May 13, 2008, 12:25am
"You slaggin
moron. That was not the plan-that was me offering you a way to do what you want-and still be oblivious as to what is going
on. But, i'll tell you some of it.
We will be going to other planets after we get all the followers that will join
us. We will go on our patrols that Megatron sends us on, but we will also be taking resources for ourselves. The more power
we get, the more followers we get-the berrer off we will be. Megatron will not know what all we do. We will keep the group
format-different Cons each time for different missions. Slagging Autobots, getting resources, finding bases, creating the
general havok that Megatron wants-while doing what we must." Blitzwing explained.

"How do you or Starscream propose keeping the terror hounds of Megatron from nipping
at our sparks? How are you going to prevent his loyalists, of which he has many, from finding out. You need a web of deceit.",
Dirge responded.
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by jazzbot on May 13, 2008, 12:57am
"That's where
Shrapnel and his Insecticons will come in. Shrapnel can be just as sneaky as the best of them. He can play the misinformation
game.
I do not expect to get any help from Soundwave...he is far too loyal, but there is a possibility that we can
sway Shockwave. Having him on our side will be a real coup." Blitzwing replied.

"You can't be serious."
Thundercracker shook his head.
"This is crazy,
we all know it, and there is no way Shockwave would agree to this."

Skywarp listened to Blitzwing and Dirge bicker and felt his attention begin to
lose out to boredom, and then annoyance. All this "planning" and "discussing" they were talking about - what a load of scrap!
They weren't getting anywhere, they were just arguing! And he was just standing here. No fun whatsoever.
"Why can't
we just keep it simple?" he whined, kicking at the ground. "Find some
other planet to claim, get more resources, scrap
the Autobots. That works, right? We might not even
have to take down Megatron - if we can actually pull this off, he'd
heap all kinds of rewards at our feet, right?"
His optics glowed wistfully for a moment.
"I might even get promoted..."
hey
Starscream, how 'bout some support for li'l Warpie? ^_^
"I was trying to keep it simple stupid! But some mechs aren't easily satisfied....."Blitzwing
said with an evil glare towards Dirge.
Not mad at Warp neccessarily....and another good post btw Warp.
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by havoks on May 13, 2008, 3:38pm
"Simple?" Thundercracker gave Blitzwing
an incredulous glare, "This 'plan' is anything but simple!"
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by bumblebee
on May 13, 2008, 9:49pm
FWOOMStarscream's extended null ray cannon aimed for the patch of ground in
the midst of the swirling chaos. The ground smoked where the blast hit.
"That's enough." His tone was final, and held
no patience. "Blitzwing, I'm taking this over."
He leaned forward and pushed himself away from the structure. It was
probable only his wingmates would notice, but their leader was radiating a cold fury in which he kept under tight control.
Only his clenched fists gave the rest any hints.
Starscream had waited far too long for this moment, his desire was
too relentless to be deterred by the senseless circles they were running around in. It was HE who thought daily of how to
overthrow Megatron, of schemes and plots to end this travesty of a rule. Not these other slaggers who had no idea when to
keep their vocalizers shut off.
"I'm going to speak now. And you're all going to listen. This meeting is too important
to squander away." he paused. "Megatron is not leading us down the path that we want to take, and you know what? He could
care less about it. He wants 'peace through tyranny'. Think about it slaggers, do you know what that means?!"
His arm
cut the air in a horizontal gesture. "It means we all go along with what he thinks is right or we're sent straight into the
arms of Primus! Our freedom, our identities, our thoughts, striped away to be replaced with some fanatic's deluded idea of
what he thinks we should be." Starscream's optic's burned as he spoke, clear testiment to the hatred he felt.
"If that
is what you truly want, then leave now! Follow him like mindless droids and let him brand you!" Dirge and Ramjet were now
on the recieving end of his glare. "But I, I will fight for what I am- for WHO I am. Because I will not let myself become
anything less."
He turned sharply to face Blitzwing. "From this meeting we will form the first group. Blitzwing and
I will lead our groups, but to ensure secrecy, we will divide you up into sleeper cells. Your movements will be unknown to
each other, hitting at seperate areas and times so that Megatron won't suspect you of conspiring with others. As we gather
more numbers, and they each begin their small assignments, be it taking out Autobots, storing secret resources, or acquiring
information, until our web will encompass enough of the army to launch a coup."
There was a moment of pause in which
he gazed upon the night sky. "None of you will have to worry about taking our mighty Megatron alone. In the end he will be
too overwhelmed by our numbers and the carefully laid traps. And I, Starscream, swear that I will see him fall."
His
voice became distant as he lived in that reverie. It was close now. But there was no time to waste on unborn dreams. Starscream
walked a few paces from the group, and faced them, arms spread wide.
"Now. For those who would live free lives and
fly under open skies, join my side..."
"Or if bonds of servitude and oppression be your choice, leave behind your pride
and return to Megatron."

Thundercracker moved to take a step forward but paused, doubts suddenly running through his CPU.
He pushed them to the back of his mind and forced himself to step forward. He would stand by his wing mates.

When Starscream stepped up and took over, at first
I was outraged. But, after listening......finally i'm convinced that Starscream is a worthy bot. That this time, things will
work out. Starscream can be really persuasive when he wanted to be....that was true. But this is different. Of course....Blitz
won't give him all the credit-but Blitzwing knows truth when he hears it.
"Starscream has just said what i've been
trying to say all along. More eloquently, but that's beside the point. You all know my position here; but i'll say it again.
We need to step up and claim what's ours, and stop blindy following Megatron. If we do that, there will be no more Decepticons.
It'll be the end of us. If you don't care about the rest of the Cons-fine, think of your own preservation. And ask yourself-will
Megatron's plan continue to be the Decepticons plan?" Blitzwing asked.
BEE! I'm not worthy, i'm not worthy!
haha.
All I can say about your last post.....wow. Just.....wow.
"I'm with you Starscream. Never doubted you, just the Triple-Changer.", Ramjet piped
up as he walked to stand with Starscream.
Dirge stared a Starscream a moment.
"The brains of this beast speaks
and he speaks well. Maybe under your command the Decepticons won't become the rotting, festering heaps we currently are. Let
the Reaper come, strip our sparks from our bodies, I'll stand with you. ", Dirge answered Starscream.
As Dirge walked
to stand by Ramjet, he glared at Blitzwing, "Just be careful of the fools you let control this group Starscream. They summon
withering decay."
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by bumblebee on May 14, 2008, 10:42pm
The faintest
ghost of a smile curled one side of his lips. It felt good seeing his fellow seekers back him up. It felt even better knowing
that this time, the plan just may succeed.
But Dirge's comment rang with deep suspicion that had already began to grow
in his mind. Starscream tilted his head just a fraction in Dirge's direction and spoke quietly. "Such fools will be kept close
under my optic and within firing range."
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by jazzbot on

Blitzwing while approving of Starscreams comments just astoseconds before, was now having his
gears grinded by them now. The nerve of Dirge and Starscream!
Both of them thinking that I would betray them, when
it was I who set this meeting up! Nonsense. But, take it for now, because then while they are focusing on me, I can be doing
what has to be done, and they won't think too much of a betrayal of their own.....since betrayal is what the plan really is.
"Let's
just have a vote shall we? Whoever is for strengthening the Decepticon cause, let us know. If you are against us, just leave.
Anyone
get the gear reference?
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by havoks on May 17, 2008, 8:24pm
Thundercracker
looked around. There was a long pregnant pause as no one said anything. He looked at Starscream.
"Looks like we're
all with you."
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by bumblebee on May 17, 2008, 8:55pm
He gave Thundercracker
a nod. "Yes. But I'm waiting to hear a response from our other Seeker...IF he's been listening..." Starscream laid a heavy
emphasis on the end of that statement, knowing full well how 'flighty' little Warpie's CPU could be.
Re: Blitzing
The Throne!Post by havoks on May 17, 2008, 10:09pm
Thundercracker only snickered at the comment.
'Probably
has his CPU in the clouds.' He thought.
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by jonhide on May 18, 2008, 2:13am
Dirge
stood with his arms crossed as he dwelled in death within his mind. He knew this plan was folly, but it had merits he was
sure of that. He should get to see the Reaper take some sparks soon. It would be a horribly pleasant sight.
Ramjet
looked around, he thought Thrust was here, but it looked like he had left in all the commotion. That was odd, for the blowhard
to just up and leave so quietly. Hmmm....
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by jazzbot on May 19, 2008,

"I think it is past time that we end this meeting, so as not to arouse more suspicion than is worth. Seekers
will report to Starscream for further instructions from here."
Blitzwing walked towards Starscream and said "We will
meet again at another place for the next meeting. If you have a location in mind send me the coordinates otherwise I will
send you the coordinates for the new meeting place in Seven Solar Cycles." Blitzwing said as he transformed and flew off.
So;
is the thinking that Thrust could be a traitor-well traitor to Blitz and co?
Or was that just a clever out for Thrust.
Anywhoo. This thread will still be open. But it is for the Insecticons next-I don't know what the name of the side thread
should be-but I will get that up later today. The side thread can have all Cons-and no specific set up for them. Depending
on where they are of course.
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by jonhide on May 19, 2008, 1:03pm
It
was an easy out for Thrust, due to his hiatus. Nothing more.
Ramjet and Dirge looked at each other.
"I
really don't care for him.", Ramjet said to Dirge.
"Nor do I. It will be a good day when he dies.", Dirge responded.
Ramjet
transformed and laughed as he took to the air. Dirge followed behind him.

Contrary to Starscream and Thundercracker’s opinion, Skywarp was actually
quite focused on what was being said. Or rather, he was focused on figuring out how he felt about it. It was just taking a
while because this was not an activity to which he was accustomed.
Skywarp was a soldier. He had been one for as long
as he could remember. He knew he wasn’t the smartest mech on Cybertron - not even
close. But that was okay, because
he didn’t
need to be smart to be a good soldier. A good soldier did what his commanding officer told him to do
without arguing or criticizing.
He was used to Starscream taking shots at Megatron, with Megatron shooting right back,
usually harder. But this whole plot seemed…different. Maybe it was Starscream’s speech, about mindless drones
and flying free through open skies. That last part did sound nice…
Skywarp shook his head fiercely, the movement
going unnoticed by his wing-mates as they watched the triple-changers transform and fly away. He turned his thoughts down
a more comfortable, familiar path.
“So, fearless leader, when do we get started with the ‘Bot slagging?”
he asked, poking Starscream hard on the shoulder.
Re: Blitzing The Throne!Post by bumblebee on
May 24, 2008, 9:33pm
He watched Blitzwing and the coneheads leave, turning his attention to Skywarp with a mild glare,
ignoring the irritating 'poke'.
"Soon. In fact, I think we could find us a few bots while we have time to spare. Megatron
won't be expecting us back for a while." Starscream smirked. "It'll be our first mission."
With that, the seeker waved
to his subordinates, transforming and taking to the night sky.

Thundercracker quickly followed suit, leaping into the air as he transformed. This was a bad
idea but there was no help for it now. All he could do was hope Megatron didn't kill him when this was all over.
