Autobots

Sideways Quote – “I’m shadowy at best.”
Function – Autobot Close-Quarters Combat, Intelligence Gathering
Alt Mode – Yamaha GTS1000A Racing Motorcycle

You can’t tell an Autobot by his finish, and this definitely applies to Sideways. Sideways acts as a loyal and trustworthy Autobot, but the truth is he is a traitorous kind of mech who has his own agenda. He is stealthy, secretive, and doesn’t like to talk too much. His hand-to-hand combat skills are only outmatched by a few of the Spychangers. Many respect his skills as a martial combatant and espionage agent, but the smart ones don’t trust him. Sideways is equipped with a razor-sharp buzz saw attached to his right arm. This buzz saw can be charged with intense heat energy which allows him to slice through most substances. In motorcycle mode he is very fast, rivaling Mirage in land speed.
Skid-Z Quote – “Wanna race?”
Function – Autobot High-Speed Scout, Highway Defense
Alt Mode – Modified Indy Race Car

Skid-Z (pronounced “Skids”) is extremely fast and very competitive. He thrives on racing and competition with others. His competitiveness borderlines a compulsive disorder, and can get him in trouble. When he first arrived to Earth Skid-Z scanned and reformatted himself into a replica of Auggie Cahnay’s Indy race car. Auggie Cahnay is now dead, but was considered to be the greatest race car driver to have ever lived. Near his death Cahnay joked about how his car was another part of him and had taken on his own persona. Upon scanning the car, Skid-Z was possessed with Auggie Cahnay’s psychotropic spiritual energy. This boosted Skid-Z’s own competitive nature tenfold. Shortly after this possession Skid-Z was conflicted between helping the Autobots and winning a major worldwide race. This internal conflict almost scrambled his braincore, but he pulled through and aided his fellow Autobots. He is an exceptionally good scout, as well as a well-trained hit-n-run warrior. Skid-Z uses a double-barreled plasma shotgun.
Tow-Line Quote – “No parking means NO parking!”
Function – Autobot Warrior, Materials Transportation
Alt Mode – Kenworth W900 Wrecker Truck

Tow-Line has a glitch within his braincore. He is obsessive about following traffic laws, and will tow away anything he deems is breaking the law. He will even tow away fellow Autobots who break the human traffic laws. This is annoying to his comrades, but Tow-Line views it as part of his job. Some consider him to be a fascist when it comes to these human laws. He can be predictably mindless when faced with upholding the traffic laws of Earth. This can be a liability for the Autobots. He is very strong physically and can haul/pull a tremendous amount of weight while in truck mode. The rope of his wrecker hook is made up of a heavy-duty metal alloy that is nearly unbreakable. In robot mode his front end/grill turns into a handheld laser rifle. His exhaust pipes can also produce thick clouds of smoke to provide cover for himself and his fellow Autobots.

Autobot Car Brothers

The Autobot Car Brothers are triplets who share parts of the same sparks with each other. They are all linked by this fairly rare construction step. They are a very close trio of skilled warriors. All three would lay down their lives for each other or Optimus Prime. As real brothers do, they each get annoyed with the others and can fight amongst themselves at times.

Prowl ***RID Prowl is not G1 Prowl.***
Quote – “We’ve got our orders. Let’s do them.”
Function – Autobot Field Commander, High-Speed Interceptor
Alt Mode – Lamborghini Diablo

Prowl is the middle brother of the Autobot Car Bros. He is the straight-laced, by-the-book brother. He believes all the orders are to be followed by the letter and you shouldn’t question a commander unless it is absolutely necessary. He is stern, stoic, and speaks in a firm tone most of the time. He tries to wrangle in X-Brawn’s gung-ho attitude while he trains Side Burn to be less of a flake and more of a perfected soldier. Prowl’s greatest weaknesses are that he can not improvise well in unexpected situations and that he lacks a lot of creative forethought. Built within his frame are electromagnetic jammers that can scramble radio and TV transmissions. In robot form, he uses twin arm-mounted flame blasters that fire superheated lasers as well as intense jets of flame. On his other arm is a thick heat-resistant shield made from the rear of his alt mode. This shield can also stand up to explosive impacts and some energy-based weapons.
Side Burn Quote – “Oh come on! Not this again!”
Function – Autobot High-Speed Warrior
Alt Mode – Modified Dodge Viper

Side Burn is the youngest of the Car Bros., as well as the most naïve and reckless. He’s the equivalent of an older teenager in maturity and therefore still has a lot to learn. He is obsessed with looking at and touching red high-performance sports cars. He loves the way they move and sound. It gets him going. This quirk of Side Burn’s is very annoying to Prowl, while X-Brawn chalks it up as a bit humorous…most of the time. He is a smooth and fast talker with a lot of ego behind his demeanor. He thinks extremely highly of himself and his abilities. He is also a great storyteller with a lively imagination. Side Burn is equipped with a missile launcher and handheld blade-gun in robot mode. His blade-gun is razor-sharp and fires small bolts of short-range electricity.
X-Brawn Quote – “Yee-haw! Let’s get ‘em!”
Function – Autobot Strong-Armed Fighter, Materials Transportation
Alt Mode – Mercedes-Benz ML320 SUV

The oldest of the Autobot Car Bros., X-Brawn is also easily the strongest and toughest of the brothers. He is one of the strongest Autobots ever built. His left arm is incredibly powerful with a tremendous amount of punching power. His hand-to-hand combat abilities rival most of the Spychangers. X-Brawn’s signature punch, the “Southpaw Lariat”, is amazingly destructive, producing a shockwave of power when it connects with a target. He is the most courageous of the brothers. He is also very adventurous and loves the outdoors. He has modified his vocal systems to speak in a Texan accent. He feels truly at home riding along rough trails and cruising through the deserts of Earth. He isn’t one for lots of words or big speeches. He is a bot-of-action. X-Brawn’s main weapons are a semi-automatic laser rifle and a large machete-like blade. Both of which can attach to his right wrist as well as remain handheld.

Autobot Spychangers

The Spychangers is a group of elite tactical units within the Autobot Army. The Spychangers are dispatched in small teams to a variety of planets around the universe to assist normal Autobots in accomplishing their goals. Spychanger members are all given the same style of transformation and have specialized equipment built within their bodies to allow for a tight-knit and effective group. They each possess the ability to bend light around them, making them seem invisible. They all have built-in magnetic grapplers within their legs, forearms, and wheel units. These magnetic grapplers allow them to cling and hold to almost any form of metal surface while in either robot or vehicle mode. Spychanger members are also heavily-trained in multiple forms of hand-to-hand combat as part of their upgrade into the Spychanger unit.

Hot Shot ***RID Hot Shot is not any other Hot Shot Character.***
Quote – “Spychangers mobilize!”
Function – Autobot Spychanger Commander, Strategist
Alt Mode – Porsche 959 Turbo Sports Car

Hot Shot is the commander of the Earth-based Spychangers. He is gruff and serious-minded on the battlefield, but outside of active warfare he is a laidback “smell the roses” kind of mech. He has a secret love of nature that very few know about. Like, Ironhide, he is a veteran of many battles on many worlds. He is also one of Optimus Prime’s closest friends and has worked with Optimus for hundreds of years. He will do anything for his fellow Spychangers, including giving his life for any of them. He is intelligent, superb at improvising in a pinch, and a skilled sharpshooter. In robot mode, he uses a fire blaster rifle the is capable of emitting thin streams of heat energy or blasting wide ranges of flames. In car mode his tires are heat and flame resistant. Hot Shot possesses the unique ability to manipulate any fire within 100 yards of his location.
Crosswise Quote – “Think about what you’re doing.”
Function – Autobot Mechanical Engineer, Robotics Maintenance
Alt Mode – Advanced and Modified Race Car

Crosswise is the science officer of the Earth-based Spychangers. He is easily the most intelligent Autobot on Earth. However, he is also a mystery to most of the other Autobots. He speaks in short, straightforward sentences and doesn’t talk out of turn. He refuses to talk about his past most of the time, and when he does mention something about his personal history it is in enigmatic riddles or only minor suggestions. Crosswise often assists with the maintenance of his fellow Autobots. While in robot mode, Crosswise uses an anti-gravity rifle that emits thin beams of anti-gravity field energy. Whenever his rifle hits a target, that target is engulfed within an anti-gravity field that causes the target to rise into the air up to 200 feet (depending on the weight and size of the target).
Daytonus Quote – “Leave ‘em dazed and confused.”
Function – Autobot Saboteur, Infiltration, Demolitions
Alt Mode – Le-Mans Race Car

Fast, agile, and smart, Daytonus is an excellent saboteur and demolitions expert. He is quick on his feet, handles situations around him with great skill, and follows orders well. However, he’ll do whatever he needs to do to be successful, even if that means disobeying a direct order from Hot Shot. He was called to Earth as additional support for the Earth-based Spychanger unit after Megatron’s power had increased. He is exceptionally skilled at creating explosive devices and infiltrating various enemy installations without being noticed. While in robot form, he uses a semi-automatic laser rifle.
Ironhide ***RID Ironhide is not G1 Ironhide.***
Quote – “Hit ‘em hard and fast!”
Function – Autobot Security, Bodyguard, Material Transportation
Alt Mode – F-150 Ford Pick-Up Truck

Ironhide is the oldest of the Spychangers and one of the oldest Autobots currently functioning. He is the toughest and strongest of all Spychangers. Ironhide is considered one of the most loyal Autobots ever forged. He is easy-going and amiable most of the time. However, once you make him mad he becomes a dreaded foe. Ironhide holds grudges fairly easily, but will usually forgive someone in due time or if they make amends for wronging him. He is dangerous and stubborn on the battlefield, not giving up unless it’s a direct order or he’s been put into stasis-lock. He wields a powerful shockwave rifle in robot mode. He is a master of grappling and throwing combat techniques. The Spychanger Mirage is his best friend and the two go way back. When Mirage was suggested to be traitor, Ironhide took it hard. It took a good while for Ironhide to truly get over the whole ordeal, even after Mirage was proven innocent.
Mirage ***RID Mirage is not G1 Mirage.***
Quote – “I can handle it by myself.”
Function – Autobot Sniper, Intelligence Gathering, Special Operations Agent
Alt Mode – Lola T94 Indy Race Car

Mirage is best marksman in all the Spychanger units throughout the universe. His ability to never miss a target is incredible. He isn’t a fan of hurting people and will only use wounding or stunning attacks in combat. He has mastered the art of avoiding hits against his person, able to use last-second dodge techniques. He is the most unenthusiastic of all the Earth-based Autobots, hating the war effort and not being completely sure of the Autobot Cause. He was once accused of being a traitor, an event which nearly pushed him out of the Autobot ranks completely. He was found innocent and is still operating as a Spychanger. Mirage uses a high-powered laser sniper rifle. He is the fastest of the Earth-based Spychangers. Hot Shot considers Mirage to be one of his most valuable team members, as Mirage is well-trained in espionage, marksmanship, and security. Mirage and Wars do not get along and quite frankly hate each others’ guts.
R.E.V. Quote – “Don’t give up, there’s always a way out.”
Function – Autobot Tactical Officer, Reserve Commander, Special Operations Agent
Alt Mode – Lamborghini Diablo Sports Car

The second-in-command of Hot Shot’s Spychanger unit, R.E.V. (pronounced “Rev”) is a top-notch tactician. In fact he is the best tactical officer within all the Spychanger units out there. He is Hot Shot’s right-hand man and best friend. He also has the greatest reflexes and agility of all the Earth-based Spychangers. Constructed within his legs are powerful hydraulic units that give him superior leaping and jumping ability. He can leap from rooftop to rooftop without even straining a single circuit. He has enhanced vision allowing him to see in infrared as well as use scan-zoom binocular vision to see clearly up to four miles away. He can scan his surroundings with a limited radar in both modes. He carries a conventional wide-spray shotgun in robot mode.
Side Swipe ***RID Side Swipe is not G1 Sideswipe.***
Quote – “I’ll back you up.”
Function – Autobot Surveillance, Computer Programming & Hacking
Alt Mode – Chevrolet Camaro

Side Swipe is a reserve Spychanger member. He gets called into action when Hot Shot deems it necessary to have extra support for his Spychanger unit. Side Swipe is a surveillance and computer expert. Built within his forearms and hands are various computer access and hacking equipment. He wears advanced vision-enhancing goggles over his standard optics. The goggles give him a variety of surveillance capabilities, including infrared, sonar-scanning, and scan-zoom vision that allows him to see up to 12 miles away providing he has a clear view. Sides Swipe uses an automatic laser rifle.
Wars Quote – “Why don’t we just hit ‘em where it hurts?!”
Function – Autobot Heavy Assault Warrior, Front Line Combat
Alt Mode – Stock Car Racer

The most violent, angry, and warmongering of all the Earth-based Autobots, Wars is lethal and aggressive on and off the battlefield. The other Spychangers consider him mean, overly-aggressive, and hard to control. His violent combat techniques are disturbing to both friend and foe alike. Wars doesn’t want the war to end, he hopes it continues for another million years if not longer. He has the greatest armor of all the Earth-based Autobots. His heavily-armored doors can deflect most conventional and heat-based weaponry. Wars’ physical strength is second to only Ironhide within the Spychanger units. Wars is a master of hard striking techniques that can bring down buildings with a few powerful hits. He carries a high-powered machine gun that fires armor-piercing rounds. Despite his demeanor, he is a loyal Autobot.

Autobot Trainbots

The Trainbots are a trio of human protectors who are charged with keeping the humans of Japan safe. They fight hard to act as humane protectors of the Japanese and yet be specialized warriors that fight all over the world. The Trainbots tower over most of the Autobots and Predacons. They are fast, massive in scale, and very skilled in the defensive arts of combat.

Railspike Quote – “So kind of you to surrender.”
Function – Trainbot Commander, Defensive Strategist
Alt Mode – Nozomi 500 Bullet Train

The leader of the Trainbots, Railspike can be a bit gruff but very polite. He is intelligent, resourceful, and courteous. Despite his polite demeanor, he is a superb warrior on the battlefield. He is also an incredible defensive strategist who can plot out the best way to protect the innocent while keeping the enemy at bay. He is very supportive and caring of his fellow Trainbots, treating them as though they were his brothers. Some Autobots find his polite nature to be annoying or too sappy, but he is just how he is. And he doesn’t apologize for who he is. Railspike carries a large photon rifle and has built-in shoulder missile launchers. In robot mode, he uses a “sonic umbrella”, a device that releases intense ultrasonic waves as it spins above him. These sonic waves cause disorientation and deafness in humans, animals, and Cybertronians.
Midnight Express Quote – “Victory! Let’s Party!”
Function – Trainbot Warrior
Alt Mode – E4 Max Bullet Train

Midnight Express is the youngest and most friendly member of the Trainbots. He is very impressionable, not that intelligent, and can be overeager. He is often seen doing questionably intelligent things such as talking to non-sentient trains. He is fun-loving and loves to throw parties with the other Autobots. He sees winning a battle as being worthy of celebrating with all his friends. He can be clumsy and not nearly as skilled as a mech of his size and strength should be. However, once he gets his stuff together he is a formidable foe who can wallop just about any enemy he comes into contact with. He just has to keep his limited wits about him, which is easier said than done. In robot mode, he wields twin laser-light swords and heat missile launchers. His heat missiles release superheated waves of heat energy as well as an incendiary explosion upon impact. His laser-light swords can slice through most substances.
Rapid Run Quote – “Let’s fight!”
Function – Trainbot Combat Specialist
Alt Mode – Rail Star 700 Bullet Train

Rapid Run is the aggressive and tough member of the Trainbots team. He is a warrior to the core. Rapid Run is exceptionally-skilled in both long range combat and close-quarters fighting. He is a master of grappling techniques and defensive firepower. He is coolheaded but eager for combat. He is also the strongest of the Trainbots. He has a sharp sarcastic sense of humor. He makes sarcastic jokes about his enemies as he battles them. This often irritates his foes, giving Rapid Run a greater advantage in fights. He uses a dual-barreled grenade launcher. He doesn’t like to use many high-explosive grenades as it can endanger humans and their buildings. He often uses sonic and smoke grenades to confuse and distract his enemies before running into the fray. He is also an experienced boxer and street fighter.
Rail Racer Quote – “What purpose does harming the innocent hold?”
Function – Trainbot Super-Warrior
Alt Mode – Separated Trainbot Team Members

Rail Racer is the combined form of the Trainbots. He is massive, extremely powerful, and can take a huge amount of punishment. He is the Trainbots’ last resort in a fight. When he’s called into battle, most retreat, as he has shown the capability to defeat Ruination and Megatron. It’s suggested that he could single-handedly win the war on Earth if the Trainbots would use him for offense instead of defense. Even if this claim isn’t true, Rail Racer is very dangerous for those that would hurt innocents. He stands up for the weak and is a champion for those that can not defend themselves (Maybe he should have been called “Defensor”?). He uses Rapid Run’s grenade launcher as a shield and combines Midnight Express and Railspike’s main weapons to form a super-cannon.

Autobot Build Team

The architects and workers behind the construction of the Space Bridge roadways and portal on Earth, the Build Team is brilliant, tough, and good at their jobs. They all consider themselves warriors, but none of them get to see real combat on a regular basis. They are usually within the Space Bridge warp-tunnels working to expand the Autobots’ planetary transportation. Grimlock, Hightower, and Heavy Load are the guardians of their leader Wedge, and they stay by him as mentors and best friends.

Wedge Quote – “I’ll take the bad guys outta the picture!”
Function – Autobot Build Team Commander, Chief Architect
Alt Mode – Bulldozer

Wedge is a “boy genius”, being the youngest Autobot on Earth as well as being one of the smartest. He designed and planned the Autobots’ Space Bridge system on Earth. Because of his work on the Space Bridge portals, the Earth-based Autobots have an extreme advantage over the Predacons and Decepticons on Earth. His brilliance is only hindered by his aggressive longing to fight. He wants to be a warrior, an active combatant within the Autobot Army, but rarely gets to actually fight. His inexperience in warfare as well as his naïve mind can get himself and his team into a lot of trouble. He is a complete hothead and is way too eager to fight opponents much stronger than himself. This is generally a bad thing, as it usually ends with Wedge and his team injured or in stasis-lock. While in robot mode, Wedge carries a double-barreled laser cannon. When the Build Team forms Landfill, Wedge has total control. This isn’t usually a good thing, as he now has destructive power to back up his hotheaded nature.
Grimlock ***RID Grimlock is not G1 Grimlock.***
Quote – “Respect builds great warriors.”
Function – Autobot Build Team Military Advisor
Alt Mode – Track Hoe

Grimlock is a thinker, he plans a lot. He is the mental advisor to Wedge. He is also the strategist for the Build Team as a whole. He looks mean and vicious, but the reality is he is very friendly, upbeat, and sociable. Grimlock spends much of his time teaching Wedge the art of tactical planning. Grimlock is reliable and can always be counted on to prepare a great plan of action. He gets frustrated when Wedge or the other Build Team members don’t follow his strategies, which happens often. As a robot, he has powerful crushing claws and can use his claw-hoe as a fast and dangerous striking weapon. He is a master of quick, decisive strikes and agile maneuvering around the battlefield.
Heavy Load Quote – “Megatron’s plans will crumble like sand!”
Function – Autobot Build Team Fighter
Alt Mode – Dump Truck

Heavy Load is big, bulky, and the best hand-to-hand fighter on the Build Team. Despite his size, he is still agile and light on his feet. He is the strongest and most combat-tested member of the Build Team. He has studied a wide range of martial arts from around Cybertron. He is a master of grappling, throwing, and hard-striking techniques. He personally trains Wedge in the martial arts. Heavy Load is loud, talkative, and has a great sense of humor. He is always there with a quick joke and a good word of encouragement for his friends. While in robot mode, the back end of his dump truck mode becomes a powerful crushing claw that can snap steel beams and crush most foes within its grip.
Hightower Quote – “Stay alert. Danger is everywhere.”
Function – Autobot Build Team Weapons Expert, Security
Alt Mode – Crane

Hightower is a master marksman and sniper. He is also the most cautious and critical of the Build Team. He works with Grimlock to make sure all possible scenarios are thought of whenever a new strategy is being prepared. Hightower does not like to be caught by surprise, especially during combat situations. Because of this he is a master of surveying foes and dodging their oncoming attacks. He personally trains Wedge in marksmanship and weapons-handling. He also acts as Wedge’s personal bodyguard and provides all the security measures for the Space Bridge portals. In robot form, Hightower uses a large, high-powered heatwave rifle and a magnum that fires superheated, armor-piercing rounds. He also has a built-in, retractable short range flamethrower within his forearm.
Landfill Quote – “The Decepticons will fall in time.”
Function – Autobot Build Team Super-Warrior
Alt Mode – Separated Build Team Members

The combined form of the Build Team. Landfill is powerful, massive, and wields a lot of potential destructive energy on the battlefield. He can rotate and shift between different combat configurations: Hurricane (Grimlock as arms), Typhoon (Heavy Load as arms), and Cyclone (Hightower as arms). In Hurricane Configuration, Landfill focuses on quick, maneuverable striking attacks. In Typhoon Configuration, Landfill’s strength increases and he focuses on powerful punches and grappling throws. In Cyclone Configuration, Landfill has a critical eye and focuses on dodging his enemies’ attacks and countering with rapid fire weaponry. Wedge has overall control over Landfill, but he is influenced by the other Build Team members based on the configuration that Landfill is using. Landfill uses Heavy Load’s crushing claw as a shield on his right arm and uses Hightower’s heatwave rifle on his left arm.

Predacons

Sky-Byte Quote – “Surrender! You can't win!”
Function – Predacon Field Commander, Strategist
Alt Mode – Techno-Organic Shark

Megatron’s right-hand man, Sky-Byte doesn’t follow all the normal rules of being a Predacon. He loves poetry, theatrical plays, and has a special fondness for earthen haikus. He is dangerous and effective as long as he has control of a situation. However, once he starts to loose control even a tiny bit, he panics. This panicking leads him to only make the situations and circumstances worse around him. He is totally ruthless towards the Autobots, but for some reason is not interested in hurting or bullying humans. Some say Sky-Byte sees a bit of himself within the humans. Whether that’s true or not, he usually lets a human go and tries to not injure them anymore than he has to. Sky-Byte needs the approval of Megatron, and lusts for his commander’s praise. But, Megatron does not give any praise to Sky-Bye. He puts him down and just ignores Sky-Byte’s successes (when he has them). This drives Sky-Byte to try harder and harder for blessings and praises, and usually ends with him being utterly disappointed. As a shark, he can teleport short distances, fly through the air at nearly 180 mph, and blend into shadows with a masking field of light-bending energy. In robot mode, his left arm, called the “Anchor Arm”, can smash and crush steel-reinforced walls like they were nothing. He also uses a double missile launcher. He is the only Predacon to not be captured at the end of the war on Earth. He was last seen singing as he swam through the Pacific Ocean.
Dark Scream Quote – “Get ‘em!”
Function – Predacon Reconnaissance, Random Fighting
Alt Mode – Techno-Organic Squirrel

Part of the so-called “Predacon Trio”, Dark Scream is the best warrior of the triple-threat group. He is fairly skilled at hand-to-hand combat and a decent swordsman. However, Dark Scream is the least vicious of the trio. He has an almost innocent sense of humor and doesn’t like to make fun of others like Slapper and Gas Skunk. He will heckle others, but his jokes are not severe or cruel like his comrades. He enjoys singing, something that is unique within the Predacon ranks. In robot mode, Dark Scream can fire a powerful freeze beam from his chest that he calls the “Center Laser” (Seriously that’s what he calls it.). His “Center Laser” can freeze most objects on contact, covering them with thick sheets of ice and cold air. He also wields a dense broadsword. Even though he has the highest potential in flight capabilities, he is a terribly flyer. He is considered to be the least threatening Predacon on Earth.
Gas Skunk Quote – “This’ll work, trust me.”
Function – Predacon Inventor, Random Sabotage
Alt Mode – Techno-Organic Skunk

Gas Skunk (has one of the worst TF names ever) is a bit of an absent-minded idiot, but he’s also a skilled technical inventor. He the smartest member of the “Predacon Trio”, though that’s not a big accomplishment really. He has a nearly-unequaled knowledge of Cybertronian law (he’d make a hell of a good lawyer). He is a complete coward at heart and will runaway screaming at the first major show of heavy force, such as Optimus Prime showing up with guns’a’blazing. He likes to let Slapper and Dark Scream do a majority of the fighting then come in near the end to claim a piece of the victory. While in robot form, Gas Skunk can emit a powerful heat beam from his left bicep called the “Left Laser” (Brilliant, isn’t it?). Skunk’s “Left Laser” can quickly melt steel with relative ease. Also, while in robot form, Gas Skunk can spew a thick toxic cloud of foul-smelling gas from his mouth that can blind and disorient organic beings and corrode various metals. All the Predacons are immune to his gas attacks. In both modes, his razor-sharp tail/ponytail can slice through most armor. For some reason Gas Skunk has a mild New Jersey accent.
Slapper Quote – “Heh-Heh. What an idiot.”
Function – Predacon Amphibious Assault, Random Violence
Alt Mode – Techno-Organic Toad

A member of the “Predacon Trio”, Megatron’s three main Predacons, Slapper is a master of amphibious assaults. Slapper also has the best reflexes, agility, and maneuvering capabilities of the “Predacon Trio”. He is a dim-witted thug with a cruel sense of humor. He loves to watch anyone and everyone suffer, even his fellow trio members. Despite being an idiot with no common sense, he is a computer genius. There is no computer on Earth or Cybertron that he can’t hack into or manipulate. This is a disturbing fact considering how he really is a moron otherwise. He has incredible jumping ability in both modes. As a robot, Slapper can shoot a beam of kinetic energy that has been dubbed the “Right Laser” cause it is fired from his right shoulder pad (Did you expect anything else?). His “Right Laser” hits with enough high-impact force to shatter concrete and bend steel beams. Also, his toad tongue converts into a thick whip-mace when he’s in robot mode.

Decepticons

Axer ***Please contact Jonhide for further information on this character’s past and future.***
Quote – “No prey is too large, no fee is too small.”
Function – Decepticon Interceptor, Tracker
Alt Mode – Harley-Davidson Electra Glide Motorcycle

Originally an infamous bounty hunter from another dimension, Axer was thrown into this timeline/dimension by a black hole that had been experimented upon. The mutated black hole became a dimensional gateway to other worlds and timelines. Shortly after entering this dimension, Axer was confronted by Scourge and his Decepticons. Axer was forced to join or perish. He joined them and now holds much resentment toward Scourge. He also dislike many of the other Decepticons and he utterly hates the Predacons. Organics annoy him immensely. Being one of the smallest Cybertronians on Earth, he is also nearly-fearless. His courage belies his small stature. He acquired his hunting skills by spending years tracking down smugglers in the Slag Swamps of his own Cybertron. He has built-in infrared scanners as well as limited radar. In both modes, he has sonic emitters near his headlights that can stun surrounding foes with high-pitched ultrasonic waves. On his right arm is his main weapon, a magnetic destabilizer cannon that fires beams of magnetic energy. These magnetic beams cause various metals to twist, shift, and move, basically shredding armor and exo-structure.
Dreadwind ***RID Dreadwind is not G1 Dreadwind.***
Quote – “Fear is the final gift I give those that I destroy.”
Function – Decepticon Commando
Alt Mode – Modified Stealth Bomber, Missile Tank

The strong-bot in the deadly duo of Smokejumper and Dreadwind, Dreadwind suffers from a perfectionist glitch and a programming malfunction within his braincore. He is constantly hunting new and better targets to destroy, even if they go against his current mission. Once he has chosen a target to destroy he must disarm, cripple, and then kill them. If he fails to do so, he can become overtaken by a senseless rage. While in this rage, he is dangerous to all around him. Even the other Decepticons fear him while he’s rampaging as he doesn’t care if he decimates them or not. Smokejumper is the only one who can calm Dreadwind down during his ballistic rages. Outside of these rages, Dreadwind is effective and reliable as both an aerial combatant and a ground assault warrior. In all three modes, Dreadwind uses a missile pod cannon that fires six highly-explosive, devastating missiles. In bomber mode, he also carries a small cache of cluster bombs. While in robot form, his physical strength is greater than that of the Autobot Gestalt Landfill, making him one of the strongest Cybertronians on Earth. Combines with Smokejumper to become the super-jet known as “Dreadwing”. As “Dreadwing”, the meticulous brain of Smokejumper is combined with the destructive nature of Dreadwind, forming a very powerful weapon against the Autobots.
Skyfire ***RID Skyfire has no ties to G1.***
Quote – “As you command, Megatron.”
Function – Decepticon Aerial Combat
Alt Mode – Dassault Rafale Fighter Jet

Skyfire is called a “suck-up”, a “boot-licker”, and that’s pretty much the truth. He lives to serve Megatron with utmost care and commitment. He is loyal to Megatron to the core of his spark. He is reserved, quiet, and patient. He is the total opposite of Wind Sheer, but the two somehow manage to get along. Skyfire is a good flyer, excellent marksman, and the most reliable Decepticon that Megatron has. Skyfire hates Scourge with a passion, but tries to remain quiet as long as Scourge isn’t openly plotting against Megatron. His determination and combat abilities make him a great asset to even Scourge. In jet mode, he carries four photon missiles that can blind those that look into the hearts of the explosions. While in robot mode, he uses a high-powered heat beam rifle that can melt armor plating within seconds.
Smokejumper Quote – “Efficient victories rely on effective information.”
Function – Decepticon Intelligence Analysis
Alt Mode – Heavily-Modified Advanced Fighter Jet

One of the most intelligent Decepticons on Earth, Smokejumper is also the “brains” of the deadly duo of Dreadwind and Smokejumper. Some times the duo is referred to as “Team Dreadwing”, a reference to their combined jet form. Smokejumper is a geek, a bookworm who spends a lot of time researching and studying. He has a meticulous eye for detail and this gives him a natural talent at his job. However, he can be too single-minded and overly-focused on a task as hand. This also means he is predictable and not very good at quick-thinking on the spot. Even though Dreadwind picks on Smokejumper about his geeky ways, the big mech would defend his little jet-pal to the very end. Smokejumper is agile, fast, and has above-average reflexes. He is also a superb flyer and aerial combatant. In jet mode, he uses twin laser cannons as well as dual micro-missiles. The laser cannons become arm-mounted armaments in robot mode. Combines with Dreadwind to become the super-jet known as “Dreadwing”. As “Dreadwing”, the meticulous brain of Smokejumper is combined with the destructive nature of Dreadwind, forming a very powerful weapon against the Autobots.

Wind Sheer Quote – “I’ll show you some real flying!”
Function – Decepticon Aerial Combat
Alt Mode – F-22 Raptor Fighter Jet

Wind Sheer is fast-talking, loud, obnoxious, and annoying. He brags constantly and loves to show off his skills as a pilot. He is a skilled flyer and has great aerial maneuverability. Few can match his aerial skills, and he knows it. He prefers to dazzle and annoy his foes with his flying abilities rather than actually battle them in a dogfight or face them in combat on the ground. His ground combat abilities are weak. He is a horrible hand-to-hand fighter. He doesn’t care if his high-flying causes trouble for his fellow Decepticons or the Predacons. He just wants to have fun while battling the Autobots. The only reason he hasn’t been destroyed by his own teammates is that he can back up most of his bragging with sheer skill and natural talent. Wind Sheer uses a particle beam rifle in robot mode.

***The RID Decepticon Commandos have NO ties to G1, any similarities are just coincidences.***

Decepticon Commandos

Originally Autobot Protoforms that become corrupted by the spark energy of Megatron, the Decepticon Commandos are an elite tactical unit under the command of the Decepticon Commander, Scourge. They are resourceful, reliable, and deadly. Mega-Octane is the Commando Team Leader, and controls them with lethal efficiency. It is unknown who the Commandos were as Protoforms, but immediately upon their creation they came together as a fully-functioning team of soldiers. They can combine to form the mighty Ruination, a massive super-soldier that even Megatron fears. Eventually the Commandos are defeated and place in the same prison as Megatron and his Predacons.

Mega-Octane Quote – “Team. Mobilize and disable.”
Function – Decepticon Commando Team Leader
Alt Mode – Modified Military Flatbed Cannon Truck

Mega-Octane is the Decepticon Commando Leader. He is extremely intelligent and a veteran soldier. He’s coolheaded, calm, and the most resourceful Decepticon on Earth. He commands his team with firm, calm militaristic precision. Despite not being in full-command of the Decepticons as a whole, Mega-Octane often acts as a better leader for them than Scourge. He is usually seen keeping the hotheaded Scourge in check. In truck mode, his dual cannons can level a reinforced bunker with their powerful particle beams. In robot mode, Mega-Octane uses a high-powered sonic rifle that emits intense bursts of ultrasonic energy condensed into a beam-like form. These sonic blasts can puncture a steel wall with ease. When he merges with his Commandos, he is in full control of Ruination. He is only happy during downtimes if he gets to have his bath before the rest of his troops (yes, he’s got an odd quirk – it is RID after all).

Armorhide Quote – “Just shoot ‘em!”
Function – Decepticon Commando Ground Assault, Siege Warrior
Alt Mode – Leopard M1 MB Tank

Armorhide is the typical aggressive, angry, kill-em-all soldier. He favors action over words and will often argue with Mega-Octane. He is the bravest, most gung-ho Decepticon on Earth. He is exceptionally good at long-range bombardments as well as mid-range firefights. In tank mode, Armorhide uses his plasma cannon turret to rain down devastating energy. He has nearly 20 miles of range with his turret, depending on how he coordinates his attack. While in robot mode, he uses a handheld automatic laser rifle. He is often partnered with the easy-going Rollbar, which makes for a lot of comedy. Likes to take long hot sand baths after battles and during his downtimes.

Movor Quote – “Yeah, you go do that. Hah!”
Function – Decepticon Commando Space Warrior, Surveillance
Alt Mode – Space Shuttle

Movor is sarcastic and loves earthen pop-culture. He litters his speech with various random pop-culture references that no other Decepticon understands. Often sits in orbit around Earth, observing various human TV and radio transmissions while he scouts out Autobot movements and installations. He has the worst aim of all the Decepticons. In shuttle mode he uses twin high-powered particle beam cannons that can blast a two-story building to ruin in one shot (if he can hit it). When Movor is in robot mode he uses a handheld photon blaster that fires beams of bright light and intense heat energy. He loves taking lukewarm water baths during downtimes.

Rollbar Quote – “Sure, why not?”
Function – Decepticon Commando Scout, Martial Combatant
Alt Mode – FMC XR311 Combat Support Vehicle

Rollbar is easy-going, restrained, and laidback. He isn’t lazy by any means though. He is just as dedicated to destroying the Autobots as any Decepticon. He accepts almost any mission with the same calm demeanor he always puts forth. He is usually paired with Armorhide, leading to many comedic moments between the two soldiers. He is a master of the Cybertronian martial arts of Crystalocution and Metallikato as well as several earthen forms of martial arts, including judo and taekwondo. In both modes, Rollbar uses a high-powered laser cannon and a small gyro blaster. The gyro blaster sends a surge through Cybertronians, shutting down their equilibrium circuits, throwing them off balance. He spends his downtime taking sauna baths. He also enjoys rainy days.

Ro-Tor Quote – “I’m the only good part of our air force.”
Function – Decepticon Commando Aerial Assault
Alt Mode – Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk Helicopter

Ro-Tor is smarmy, arrogant, and feels he is superior to almost everyone else around him. He is an excellent soldier, but his arrogance makes him hard to work with. He has a sarcastic sense of humor, often making rude remarks at others. He is an excellent marksman and effective sniper. Ro-Tor uses a front-mounted plasma gun that becomes a handheld blaster when he’s in robot mode. Also, he is equipped with tri-barreled heat cannons in both modes, though they are bulky and cumbersome in robot mode. His right arm can convert into a rapid-spinning cutter-blade thanks to his rear rotor blades. He enjoys taking a hot water, open-air bath during downtimes.

Ruination Quote – “Prepare for your defeat.”
Function – Decepticon Commando Super-Soldier
Alt Mode – Separated Decepticon Commandos

The combined form of the Decepticon Commandos, Ruination is a super-soldier of immense firepower and strength. Megatron fears him and Scourge almost fears him (that says a lot). Mega-Octane has full control of Ruination and uses him with great skill and ability. Ruination has two configurations: Air and Land. In Air Configuration, Ro-Tor and Movor form the arms and while in this mode Ruination’s strengths are quick, agile maneuvers and defensive striking. In Land Configuration, Armorhide and Rollbar form the arms and within this mode Ruination specializes in offensive striking and solid, powerful maneuvers. Ruination uses the entire Commandos’ firepower.
