G1 Autobots

Alpha Trion Alpha Trion is one of the oldest living Transformers, and with that age comes a nuanced understanding of his race and their place within the universe. He has found a comfortable role in serving as advisor to other Transformers. Though not taking part in the battles of the Great War, he is firmly on the side of the Autobots, serving as a mentor and guide, especially to Optimus Prime and Elita One. [image]
Blaster Communications - Boombox
Blaster is not a bot to be triffled with. He's a skilled fighter and can be found on the frontlines of any conflict. One of his most powerful assets is his voice which he'll use to rally Autobots who are lacking in faith. This has earned him the nick-name: 'The Voice'.
Bluestreak Gunner - Car
It doesn't matter what the conversation is about but if Bluestreak is talking you're guaranteed to get an audiofull. Only a few realize this constant stream is hiding a deep pain. Bluestreak hated war, and still does, but he has a score to settle with the Decepticons.
Chromia Femme - Cybertronian transport
Chromia is one tough femme. That's no suprise considering that she's Ironhide girlfriend. Loyal and brave she serves as a second to Elita-One on Cybertron.
Devcon Bounty Hunter
Devcon is a bounty hunter, though who hires and pays him for his 'marks' is unknown. He hates Decepticons and hunts down the ones that are too dangerous for other Autobots to take down. His incredibly efficient internal systems help him outlast his prey and allow him to go for long periods of time without refueling.
Elita-One Femme leader - Cybertronian transport
Elita-One is the leader of a small squad of femmes on Cybertron. Elita-One's Warriors trust her completely. Her greatest ability is to stop time for a short period. Unfortunatly this power drains all her energy and is most likely fatal.
Firestar Femme - Cybertronian transport
Firestar is one of the femmes under Elita-One's command on Cybertron. She is particularly useful during thefts of Decepticon Energon cubes due to the fact that her alt-mode can carry large numbers of cubes. She is close friends with Inferno and Chromia.
Grapple Architect - Crane
Grapple may be an architect but to him that's a mere technicallity. He views himself as an artist. Of course he can't build whatever he wants and is limited to the needs of the war effort. He takes pride in his work which is why he gets deppressed when anything he builds is destroyed. He can usually be found hanging around with Hoist.
Hoist Maintenance technician - Tow-truck
If Ratchet is the Autobot's chief surgeon, then Hoist is their family doctor. Hoist loves his job and it shows. He's an up beat and friendly mech. He usually can be found hanging out with Grapple.
Hound Scout - Jeep
Hound is a nice guy, and gets along with almost everyone. He loves his job as a scout, using the oppertunity to explore the natural wonders of Earth. Secretly he wishes he was human. He now considers Earth his home as Cybertron no longer insterests him.
Inferno Search and rescue - Fire truck
Is there a fight? If there is Inferno wants to be there. This gung-ho attitude has lead to trouble before but that won't change his love for bashing Decepticons. Inferno can usually be found trying to keep Red Alert out of trouble.
Ironhide Security/ weapons - A-Team van
Ironhide is old. Rust-bucket is an often used description for him, but that doesn't mean he's unable to fight. Ironhide could rip the afterburners of a Decepticon by hand then force them down their vocal components. It's no suprise he's dating Chromia, she's the only one able to put up with the slag-heap. Ironhide can produce and shoot any liquid, though liquid nitrogen is a favorite.
Jazz Saboteur - Car
Whatever the Decepticons throw at him, Jazz can deal with. He thinks on his feet, unlike Prowl. He admires Earth music of any kind, and is very interested in Earth culture. His attitude makes him well-liked among the crew. Who doesn't like Jazz?
Mirage Special Operations - Formula-1 race car
Mirage isn't fond of war. Of course, living in the elite echelon of cybertronian society gives one the belief that war is beneath them. He not-so-secretly hopes that Autobots and the Decepticons can get along. This has lead to more than a few accusations against him, however he joined the Autobots for a reason and it there when they need him. He has a cloaking ability that makes him invisable.
Moonracer Femme - Cybertronian transport
Moonracer is something of the little sister in the small group of Femmes Elita-One commands. Because of this feeling she is always trying to prove that she too can fight. She's worried that friends and enemies don't take her seriously. According to Powerglide she's the best sharpshooter in the galaxy.
Omega Supreme Guardian - Tank and rocket station
Omega Supreme is one of the largest Autobots there is. He doesn't talk much, preferring his massive frame and equally massive weapons to do the talking for him. Omega is the last line of defense for the Autobots, he can instill fear and panic into the sparks of Decepticons that dare face him on the field of battle.
Perceptor Scientist - Microscope
Perceptor is a scientist. He is perpetually seeking the continued quest for knowledge, and his discoveries have repeatedly proven invaluable. Though his specialties lie in metallurgy, and electrical engineering, his thirst for knowledge has made him kind of a scientific jack-of-all-trades and an invaluable member of the Autobot Forces.
Prowl Autobot military strategist - Police car
Optimus Prime keeps Prowl close at hand at all times. Prowl believes his dedication to logic and rational thought puts him next in line for Optimus Prime's job and dreams of making grand speeches — even though in reality he's stoic and uncharismatic. He really doesn't tend to get along well with his fellow Autobots, many of whom find his strict adherence to military protocol stifling, and his uptight personality sure doesn't help matters.
Ratchet Surgical Engineer/ Field medic - Ambulance
Ratchet loves having a good time and this Party-loving nature has givin him a dry wit. Because of this he is known for his somewhat irreverent bedside manner. Ratchet is often found on the front lines. At times the pressures of these situations are too much, but Ratchet never gives up.

Red Alert Security director - Lamborghini
Paranoia is a good trait for a security director if it's kept in check. Sometimes Red Alert has problems with that. This attitude has lead to more than a couple false alarms, but it's also saved the Autobots. Red Alert is good friends with Inferno.
Sideswipe Warrior/ Prankster -Lamborghini
Sideswipe views battle almost like a sport. This sometimes makes him reckless. When everything is on the line Sideswipe will do whatever it takes to win. Sideswipe is the resident prankster of the Ark. He might not nearly as much of sociopath as his brother Sunstreaker, but he is every bit as skillful.
Skids Theoretician - Van
His function as a theoretician is appropriate, as some would say his existence is merely theoretical; everyone forgets who he is or that he was there.
Skyfire/Jetfire Scientist - Shuttle
Jetfire is a bot of science. He is a compassionate bot but that doesn't mean they the other Autobots trust him completely. It wasn't that long ago that Jetfire was a Decepticon. Many Autobots worry that he could go back to their service.
Smokescreen Diversionary Tactician(cheater) -rally car
Fair fights are something of a foreign concept for Smokescreen. If he can't outthink, charm, or just plain outrun you, he'll blind you with a magnetized cloud of smoke and shoot you a few times.
Sunstreaker Warrior(sociopath) - Lamborghini
Sunstreaker is better than you in every way. He's not afriad to tell you that. Because of this he's usually at odds with the other Autobots. The only mech he truely gets along with is his twin Sideswipe. He's ruthless and skilled in all forms of combat, which is probably why Optimus Prime keeps him around.
Tracks Warrior - Sports car
Tracks should be a dangerous opponent considering is weaponry, but his concern with his own looks tends to get in the way. His friends consider him a narcissist, but Tracks just attributes it to jealousy. After all, they don't look as good as him.
Trailbreaker Strategist - Truck
Everybody loves Trailbreaker. He's good-humored, and always has a joke to lighten the mood. He's also worried that he's a drain on the Autobot fuel supply since his form requires the most. The Autobots know better, his humor courage and force field make him a valuable member of their forces.
Wheeljack Engineer - Rally car
Wheeljack is both one of the Autobots greatest assests and one of their biggest problems. He's invaluable as an inventer, as they have become great weapons, but they also have the habit of blowing up in his face. For every successful gadget he makes there's an explosion that requires ratchet to put him back together.

Arcee Arcee is a female Transformer, usually found in the same general area as her friends and fellow Autobots Hot Rod and Springer, both of whom she cares for deeply. The level-headed and logical one of the three, it is usually Arcee who needs to rein in the other two when their egos or attitudes are getting out of control. [image]
Blurr Blurr is positively and incontrovertibly without possibility of any doubt the fastest-thinking, fastest-talking and fastest-driving data courier and messenger from the planet of Cybertron. He'll keep talking until you tell him to stop. Then he'll talk some more [image]
Backstreet Backstreet hates warfare. He is not motivated like Beachcomber by philosophical reasons; quite frankly, he isn't mentally equipped for deep thought, but he at least suspects that a failure to fight would mean Decepticon victory, and that he does not want. No, his temperament is the trouble. He's jumpy and nervous, easily agitated, and prone to jumping to incorrect conclusions from accurate observations. [image]
Broadside Broadside is an Autobot triple changer who turns into a jet and an aircraft carrier. He also happens to be afriad of hights and get's seasick on water. Fortunately, as one of the Wreckers, Broadside is almost constantly shooting the slag out of Decepticons, which is probably a good outlet for any frustration. [image]
Cloudraker If ever there was a robot in need of years in therapy Cloudraker is he. Nothing is good enough for him. He envies his brother's popularity and social skills, wishes he was on the ground with people while simultaneously being terrifed of being grounded. He is the brother of Fastlane. [image]
Punch/Counter Punch Punch is an Autobot, but he pretends to be a Decepticon named Counterpunch. Both of him are really secretive. [image]
Dogfight Dogfight is tough, unflinching, and extremely aggressive. He is a skilled air warrior, and with grim humor will refer to a hard-fought aerial combat as a "dance of doom". Violent-tempered and easily provoked, he is extremely protective of his personal airspace, and will readily attack any who approach him with unclear intentions. [image]
Eject The best way to describe Eject is that he is always ready for some football! A confirmed Earth-sports junkie, Eject constantly scans the airwaves for everything from basketball, football, soccer, hockey, anything, from professional to academic-level competition. This occasionally interferes with his job as a surveillance agent, should a game go into overtime when he should be monitoring Decepticon activity. [image]
Fastlane When you break down the individual components of Fastlane's personality he doesn't come off sounding very good. He's a totally immature, reckless, thrill-seeking, show off. Surprising then to find that he's quite well liked by both humans and Autobots. The fact is there's just no malice in Fastlane's antics, he's mischeivous at worst and his stunts are usually quite entertaining to watch. Fastlane is the brother of Cloudraker. [image]
Hot Rod Hot Rod is brash and headstrong, with an overwhelming self-confidence that borders on arrogance. Arcee, a female Autobot, serves as a calming influence on Hot Rod, and tends to either worry about him when he is not around, or deride and tease him when he is. Their relationship is antagonistic, but friendly.
Kup Kup is a tough old coot. He's almost as old as rust, in fact, and he was plinking Decepticons and Ick-Yaks with acid bursts from his trusty musket laser long before most of you turbo-revvin' young punks were born.Occasionally, Kup's vast experience gets in his way. When a situation doesn't remind him of anything, he has trouble figuring out what to do. This doesn't happen very often. [image]
Outback No by-the-book soldier is Outback; for him, the rules of war are the rules of Rafferty. If the beaten track winds, it's a fair bet he'll go straight. He's more comfortable out in the never never anyway. His insubordination gains him little respect from his mates, and often he finds no partner on his missions but his trusty rooftop tank-jigger, loaded with armor-piercing shells. [image]
Override Override doesn't know the meaning of the word "subtle." Announcing his presence with the deafening blast of his engines, he wants his enemies to know he's coming. The only thing he loves more than blasting Decepticons is charging full throttle, tearing up the roads. [image]
Pipes Pipes is an excellent soldier, tough, brave, and very strong, and otherwise worthy of little note, except for his unusual ability. His ability, which he is (to be fair) not the most proficient at controlling, is to emit clouds of corrosive gases from his exhaust pipes. [image]
Ramhorn Ramhorn is one bad-tempered tape. In beast mode, he's very aggressive and easily provoked. If somebody messes with his stuff, he'll most likely smash the offender, then smash the tampered-with belongings, then smash everything nearby for good measure.
Rewind Rewind is the undisputed trivia master of the Autobots. Whether in his robot mode or his mighty minicassette mode, he can store more data than even a floppy disk. Of course, he isn't terribly selective with the data he stores; he just gathers up every tidbit of information he can find, until it gives him a splitting electronic headache. As a result, while he would never lose on Jeopardy, he isn't always able to remember the useful things he knows until it's too late. [image]
Sandstorm Sandstorm gets bored easily, and has a very hard time concentrating on humdrum tasks. He craves excitement, and lives for fighting the Decepticons. The ever-present threat of deactivation or maiming doesn't frighten him, but he does fear that the war might end any chance for him to enjoy life. For Sandstorm, war may not be heaven, but it's a hell of an adventure. Sandstorm is a member of the Wreckers. [image]
SKy Lynx Sky Lynx is the unbelievably talented, unsurpassably skilled, and altogether magnificent robot behind most of the greatest, and most daring moments in all of Autobot history. At least, if you ask Sky Lynx, that is. Not that he isn't a skilled, fast, powerful warrior and an expert flyer, and well deserving of his rank as Lieutenant Commander. He most certainly is all those things, he's just rather a bit too eager to tell you about it. [image]
Springer Springer is the archetypical action hero: great in a fight, unselfconsciously brave, confident, and always ready with a dead-pan sarcastic quip to lighten the moment. He's a triple changer and someone you can depend on to ride in, save the day and be smug about it. Springer leads the Wreckers. [image]
Steeljaw Steeljaw is a tenacious tracker of unmatched skill, whose olfactory sensors can track even the faintest scent for a range of 800 miles. Steeljaw has a nearly unbreakable bite, from which he takes his name, and is armed with two solar-powered pellet guns. He can electromagnetize himself to stick to surfaces in cassette mode. [image]
Swerve Swerve is a menace to anyone driving nearby. He's easily distracted by just about anything that catches his attention. Despite this, he's quite intelligent and skilled as a metallurgist, analyzing the properties of a material with unique sensors in his hands. Swerve and "traffic accident" just go hand in hand. He's almost always in need of some repairs, major or minor, because of it. [image]
Tailgate Tailgate is an Autobot scout, not so much for his skill (for he is mediocre at best) but for the fact that his hood conceals a ridiculously powerful iron-cobalt magnet, which he can use to tailgate closely beside other vehicles and travel far into enemy territory without fuel. [image]
Ultra Magnus Ultra Magnus feels he is a soldier and nothing more. He very much prefers taking orders to giving them, and even avoids opportunities for higher responsibility. But when he is forced into those opportunities, he betrays his real talent for the job. He's strong, resolute, dependable, selfless, and courageous. Sadly, Ultra Magnus is the only Autobot who doesn't realize this. [image]
Wheelie Wheelie, so small, is an Autobot child. But when stakes are high, he gets mean and wild! He carries a slingshot that shoots hurtful things; they'll hit your nose (the projectile, it stings). He has a speech pattern that's structured in rhyme, and he hangs out with Daniel most of the time. [image]
